I had high hopes for this lift table.After my brother put it together, we noticed the lift arms were not responding the same. One was very stiff, and the other was very loose and wiggle. I could not lift with one hand( like my pervious lift tables) upon noticing the difference in arms, I also noticed that one side also went up and down approximately 2″ lower than the other side(very uneven)There is a spot on here that I could contact this company for any issues.They repeatedly told me this was normal(it is not)I asked them to replace just the two lift arms. They said no, it’s Amazon’s problem. I asked them why they prefered an upset customer and a product return, over sending 2 new arms. They responded with”Thank you again for your support and trust in us. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to providing you with a great customer service experience.”They have the worst customer service, and do not care about their customers satisfaction at all.The table may look nice, but the parical wood is cheap, and the parts are garbage.Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a storage table.*side note, amazing customer service was absolutely amazing! Thank you for all your help, I greatly appreciate it

Very Practical
I like this coffee table because of it dual purpose I can use it as a desk or a table to eat on or write on or use as a pap top desk
