First off…. Great customer service. The top of the headboard came damaged from shipping. They were quick to solve the issue.Make sure to pay attention to the pictures… orientation is very important.Quality seems well so far.

Beautiful bed with amazing storage! Not too difficult to put together, a the instructions are clear. The bed is definitely sturdy and an amazing value. It’s gorgeous and does its job and holds quite a few books in the shelves.The charging ports sometimes pick and choose when they want to work. I can’t figure out why. The lights will sometimes be weird and turn on or off or even change light patterns without pressing anything. I keep mine off 99% of the time.Also DO NOT believe the description when it says this bed is quiet. This bed is Not quiet. If you live anywhere besides the ground floor the people under you are going to know when you get into your bed, when you move in your bed, and get out of your bed.

Had the bed less than a week, went to unplug the bed to move it so I could get behind it and vacuum, and the plug broke in the socket! I should have known it was poor quality when the lights didn’t go on initially plugging the bed in for the first time.Without the boxes, this is impossible to send back. Not to mention it came in two boxes and took two people to bring in. This wasn’t cheap and now I have to eat the cost. Very disappointing

Good bed easily assembled and looks good.Only problem is drawers under bed are all over the place ,hard to keep straight under bed. Bed id sturdy but the fold door at head of bed is aggravating to use.

We’ve had this bed frame 7 months now and it’s worth every penny! I love all the storage and it has survived 7 months of 2 fatties bumping uglies. It does make a good bit of noise but that might be cause we big big

This bed is as beautiful in person as it is online. The packaging for the supplies were all labeled. Instructions for assembly were easy to understand. It took a few hours to put together, but no issues at all. My ONLY issue was that it wasn’t very clear where the led strip should go and I had to remove and replace it twice.
