They keep sharp for years and go into the dishwasher without any problem or color-fading. Now that I needed a set of proper kitchen knives, I decided to give these a go considering the great experience I had with smaller ones.And so far, only good things to say: good in the had, sharp as usual and just do the job! I think Victorinox is great and I can only recommend their knives and pealers.

Best knives ever. Very very sharp! The edge lasts forever. I gifted 2 sets for Christmas and husband and daughter in law cut their fingers already. Be very careful. These knives are really sharp. I’ve been using same one of this brand for 30 years every day. Still as sharp as first day.
