Update: We contacted the manufacturers and they did offer to send us a new piece to the bed. Unfortunately, they said it would have 30 days to get here, which isn’t ideal. They also were trying to get us to take the broken piece to a “wood master” to get it fixed and they would reimburse us. They gave us a full refund in the end.When putting bed together, we followed all the directions and when the peg went into the head board the wood split. It looked like it was going to be a nice bed, disappointed it broke right on the front where you can see it.

I purchased 2 twin platform beds. They took a little time to put together. They are very strong and I love the white color. Good price as well.
