These look nice but thatâs about it. They donât seal well and it seems like the lid will fall off easily. The lids are also not dishwasher safe which is a big drawback. Who wants to hand wash their containers?? Would not recommend

These are nice little containers. Work fine for dry goods, they clean easily ( The glass bowls ) but they certainly do not seal, at all. Smell easily permeates, and i wouldn’t trust it in a lunch bag.

Donât buy these unless theyâre only for dry food items
I bought these because theyâre gorgeous, but every lid has become moldy (green and black mold spread everywhere) and I purchased them about 5 months ago. I had to throw all the lids away. On top of that, theyâre very small and the lid doesnât seal properly, so it will leak if it tips. They seem decently sized but the depth of the lid takes up a lot of space.The glass portion is high quality and could probably fit a different top. Iâm so sad! I love the aesthetic of bamboo.

So first of all I love this concept of glass and bamboo. I am trying to get away from plastic. The sealing ring is silicone I would guess. The biggest problem is if you are taking your lunch in them and you have something the isn’t a complete solid there is leaking if you don’t have the container completely flat. That is my biggest problem. There are ways of accommodating that but it sure would be nice if you didn’t have to accommodate.

Glass part is nice but the lids arenât super secure, if itâs pretty full it wonât close properly I like ones with latches.There nice tho and work

Great containers…..in theory. The lids do not stay on and therefore make the containers useless for anything other than sitting in one place. Disappointing

The lids fit very nicely. I like storing food in glass….love that these have wood lids instead of plastic.

Great materials
I wanted to hold my leftovers in a container with a good wooden top with some rubber to grasp the glass container. The glass is thick and sturdy, the wood is beautiful and the rubber, for my purposes is good enough. The rubber grasps tight enough to feel like it’s containing. It’s not airtight but a decent suction. For my purposes (preserving food for a day or two in the fridge, typically) that’s been just fine.
