Very dark purple!
Wow this rug feels so good under my bare feet I just want to stand on it and scrunch my toes in its softness. The pile is thick and soft and it is washable in my machine. It doesn’t have that “old school” rubber backing on it so you won’t find bits and pieces in the washer after but it does have a non-slip backing that works pretty well. The color is darker than it looks in the listing and even in the picture I took for this review – I actually like the super dark purple so much better that I’m going to buy a whole set. I thought it was black in the package when I first got it. It’s gorgeous! Absorbs well too and feels well made and durable. Can you tell I’m really happy with this rug?!

Nice and fluffy but rubber comes off in wash
It’s fluffy and thick. I washed it and all the rubber came off. It had a few threads that came out as well. I purchased white. It’s really nice except for the rubber washing off.

The right rug for the elderly
I replaced some years old bathroom rugs with missing backing with three beautiful bathroom rugs. When I put the rugs on the floor they did not move because of the special backing. I actually had to bend down to move the rugs in the proper position. I am 86 years old and I paid a bit more for these rugs but you get what you pay for and I would tell anyone my rugs are soft and durable and just what I ordered.

Nice rug
I had been looking for a dark purple rug for my bathroom, and this is perfect! It is a nice size rug to step onto when you get out of the shower. The absorbency is nice. No “soggy” wet. I jyst got the rug so I am not able to comment on the durability, but it is washable, and I would definitely let it air dry. NO DRYER! The backing is non skid so there is no slipping ( senior friendly). It is not a tight low pile, but a nice loop kinda shag, but not overly “shaggy”! And the color is spot on. The deepest purple ever! My favorite. Sometimes you get a purple with other hues, like pink that take away from the color purple. This rug is purple! I would buy this rug again without hesitation!

Shocked!
Just now I tried to use the camera on the review to take a picture of the binding coming apart. It wouldnât load. I took a picture of the mat on the opposite side and it took that photo! I hate edited reviews that I didnât edit! I finally loaded the pictures from my phone and they took.I like this bath rug. It was the perfect size and feel that I wanted. I washed it and the binding stitching came apart. I wish I had sent it back but I had company coming and I needed to use it.It is absorbent and I like that. It washes well, however, you canât use too much soap or it isnât as soft.I would buy it again, and if the stitching came out, Iâd send it back.

Upon receiving it, I discovered that this âpurpleâ bath mat looks much darker than advertised in the picture. Regardless, it is very attractive in this very dark purple colour. The 16 x24 size I chose, with itâs rounded corners & plush material looks luxurious. The rubber underside looks & feels well made too. Iâm delighted with how this mat looks on the floor outside my shower. It actually adds more beauty to the look of my entire bathroom. The mat was delivered quickly. The customer service is very good. I will buy from this company again for sure as the mat was a reasonable price for a quality product. I havenât washed it yet but I am pretty sure it will wash just fine if I wash it in cool water & air dry it. I think this mat was money well spent.

I really loved this matt it was hard to find the size i needed and the colour. Finally after months of searching i found it.. paid more than i wanted to but was desperate. It was really soft, the colour was great, and the size perfect. The matt had a couple of pieces come out when I took it out of bag… but I thought it took me months to find this, i can deal with it, but after washing it, more and more pieces look like they are coming out. I only washed in cold. Never again. Lesson learned
