60 yo woman, installed it by myself. Did get additional Borefast drywall/anchor screws based on other reviews. Used all 8, just to be sure. Seems sturdy so far. The table is nice and well made. Hope it holds.

I was so excited to install this over my dog’s crate as a shelf only to discover it’s too small so when I went to return it, not only do I have to pay to return it but it cost more to send it back then it actually costed! Never again….

The double reduction factor is great, when fully extended you have a large work space that is stable and sturdy. When partially folded you still have enough room to leave some of your work items so you are ready next time you want to use as fully extended. Fully closed you have minimal exposure to passing by so no interference or concern for safety. We love this wall mounted table/work station.
