Leaks and Unsecured Caps
These cups look nice but they leak from the side of the cap! Plus, after a few uses, the caps on 3 of the 4 cups no longer screw on the cup securely – cap just spins and does not lock in place. Disappointing!

Such a loyal business
When I originally ordered this set I received the package used with hair all over and missing parts. I kept them and just washed really good. Was disappointed for the price you pay for them. BUT I reached out to the company explaining my concerns and they were quick to respond and sent me a new set. Shipping was quick too!The jars themselves are thick and while yes they do leak but I really have yet to find a kids cup that is fully leak proof that is safe and clean for kids. Kids are messy for clean up is fine. My toddler has dropped these a couple dozen times and the durability is great, have yet to have one break. And the colors just look so colorful! Kiddos say the colors remind them of legos.

Works well depending on your needs
Iâm updating my original review. WeeSprout has outstanding customer service! They contacted me after my 3-star review and sent me a complimentary gift as a thank you for feedback of their newest product. I really appreciated the gesture. Although these didnât work for us as toddler sippy cups because they do leak from the lid (they donât have a rubber gasket and are not âleak proofâ as specified in the description), they would make great food storage containers for on the go! WeeSprout provides you with not only a straw lid but also a regular lid. The silicone sleeve makes these more desirable than your typical glass storage containers to prevent breaking and gives you a nice grip. They are super easy to clean and are very cute! They would also make great smoothie cups for maybe an older child on the go or even an adult. There are so many ways you could use these. For our very specific purposes they didnât work, but the quality is great! We have other products from WeeSprout and have been very impressed. I was a fan of the company before they reached out and I will be a forever customer now because of their gesture of kindness.

Love the cups, not the lids.
UPDATE: in the month and a half that we have owned these, my kids have shattered two of them, just from small drops. Not great for toddlers. Maybe better for school aged kids.I absolutely love these cups and having a safe, easy to clean non-plastic option for my kids. The only downside is that I wish the lids were more substantial. They are really cheap thin plastic. Besides that, these are a great option for my three kids that come in a variety of fun colors. They are easy to clean, easy to hold for the kiddos, but not completely leak proof. We can look past that though. Overall great cups!

5 stars for customer service
2 of the 4 caps broke with the first use (could have been already slightly cracked from shipment) but when I contacted customer support via wee sprouts website they immediately sent me a replacement sent. Really awesome customer service. They definitely care about their customersâ satisfaction. I will order from them again purely because I appreciated the way the rectified the issue.

By: Just like all the new reviews, the item pictured is not what is being sent. It is a black filter that leaves a gap on the side. False advertising for sure. Doesnât fit my 2017 GMC.

They spill everywhere
We got these for our two boys. We love the colors and that you have a closed lid for the cups. When the straw top part are on the glass cups they leak always. If they are laid over a bit all the water leaked out from the lid.

Perfect for littles and even yourself!
Absolutely love these cups for my kids. We make smoothies almost daily and the size works well for them. I have a 3.5 yr old who can drink 2 of these and then a 1 yr old who drinks 1 of these so it works perfect for them. I love that it comes with a straw cleaner and the straws are silicone. Very safe for kiddos. Love the colors and how easy they are to wash. Price is GREAT! Considering other prices for the size. Design, comfort and price is a huge win for me.
