One of the two shelves had deep planer dents in one side. The shelves are nice but the defect was kind of a bummer to not have a flat shelf surface.

I really loved these shelves! The workmanship was excellent and the shelves and hardware were solid, but unfortunately the depth of the shelves where I wanted to install them just wouldn’t work. I wish these shelves were offered in a smaller depth as I really wanted them to work for me.

Great shelf with sloppy components.
Looking for some smaller shelving and since I like cedar furniture, grabbed a set. Oh did they smell and look great coming out of the box.However, the hardware that comes with them and the fit of that hardware leaves a lot to be desired. The screws and anchors are of very poor quality. I used some I have from previous projects. Next the predrilled slots for the hardware were well oversized allowing you to rattle the shelf by hand. I shimmed and glued the holes to make it all solid.While I like the end result, these will no be something I can recommend nor will I buy in the future.Great wood and great shape. The hardware and attention to detail was subpar.
