I ordered this couch / sofa for my new house and I was skeptical because I had bad experience on ordering online before ( big items like furnitures) and not seeing it in person first. But I took the chance and I’m glad I did! It exceeded my expectation and it’s not just beautiful..it’s also very comfortable and has just the right height and softness. It arrive on time . However, there was a little hitch on the delivery but customer service was very prompt in fixing it , hence I’m giving the item 5 stars and customer care 5 stars!!!Thank you WilliamSpace for the beautiful product and excellent customer service!Greatly appreciated!

It was perfect for our sun-room, it looks great and worked well with the concept. It’s also comfortable.The delivery: they just dropped it at the entrance, but if you want the delivery person to put it where you want, that’s an extra expense.

These couches are perfection!! We did add our own legs to make them taller. They are comfy and look amazing. My customers compliment them daily! The Amazon seller is great to work with in regards to any issues that may occur. Highly recommend these couches.
