READ CAREFULLY! I made the mistake of assuming that this loveseat was like so many other almost identical loveseats and that both sides would recline, but ONLY one side reclines. I thought the photos just showed the one side in recline but it does not recline. What a bummer! You can do better to purchase Magic Home loveseat from Home Depot or Walmart to get both sides reclining.

1 star because the quality of the couch is good! Well built just not very comfortable.However, customer service is terrible. They respond quickly so that is a bonus.The couch did not come with all the pieces. Return was started which the company said they would pay for (Great!). However, when it came down to it they only paid for the equivalent amount of boxes they sent. Was not aware, they never mentioned it. Until after I paid to return it ($403.04) a receipt was sent to them (because they said they would pay for the return). Now, they state I misunderstood when no communication of that information was shared. I hope we can get this problem fixed.

Customer service was great. The couch does come in separate shipments so building it was a little crazy over a few days. Also, the one heated cushion was broken and the other one was disconnected, but they sent a new one to replace the broken one, and it arrived within a week or so. The couch itself is comfy! It doesn’t bolt together easily and we had to get clamps to make it work instead of the bolts it comes with. Otherwise we love this! The heaters and recliners are superb.
