Best Kitchen Knives I have ever owned
Nice looking, durable, well built, and very sharp, these are the best kitchen knives I have ever come across. I bought myself a set about 4 years ago, and liked them so much, that I recently purchased a set for my daughter and her fiance in advance of their coming wedding. Make sure that you also purchase a Wustoff knife sharpener and use it from time to time to keep the knives sharp. The Wustoff knife sharpener was designed to be used with the metal these knives are made from, to give you optimal sharpening.

Excellent knives, though they are a little smaller than I expected.

Quality, quantity
NOT IMPRESSED. The knife block does not make any sense, 16 pieces do not fill it, there are 2 extra spaces that stay empty, so it looks like there are missing knives, something that is important when you give it as a present for an special occasion, so do not feel comfortable giving this set of knives as a weeding present to my friend. Also, the knives missing seem to be the bigger ones, which does not make any sense either. I was not expecting this issues from Wüsthof, the price is not low for this product, I was expecting more. Not returning as I live in Costa Rica and there is no way to get them back to the seller. Price vrs quality and quantity and the way the product is provided (missing knives or extra spaces on the block) is not worth.

Not pleased at all!
Not pleased at all with the product from the get-go! Although the knives are very sharp, they are flimsy. And although they are full tang, they are very lightweight. The block has two or three extra slots more than what there are knives. And the slots do not appear to be designed for any particular knife. Even the steak knife slots are wide and the knives do not set well in them. For this price point I would expect a nicer arrangement. I have returned the set and purchased a different set. It arrived, and I am much more satisfied with it. I would not recommend this knife set at all. Feel free to ask questions.

Sharp knives but leave much to be desired
I bought this set because we have a 30+ year old knife from this company that’s been great for my family. This set is ok but definitely not the highest quality. The finish doesn’t seem refined, knives feel light and the block is weird.

Good knives, junk block
Like most other reviews state, the knife block itself is junk. Sloppy slots that the knives donât sit in well.The knives themselves are great.
The filter didn’t fit a 353. Now we worry about the plug. Disappointing –
sharp but thin blades, need to be sharpened often i would buy something different next time
