I love these stools, they are sturdy and comfortable BUT I want them in BLACK! I ordered them in BLACK! I waited for two weeks for BLACK to be restocked so I could get BLACK but the company refuses to send me any but GREY! I have paid for 8 BLACK stools, I have returned 4 of them to ask they be replaced with BLACK but I keep getting GREY! So now I have paid for 8 BLACK stools, I have 4 GREY stools and I have returned 4 GREY stools and the companies policy on refunds is “they will determine IF you get a refund once the stools arrive at their warehouse” They kept my returns and refused to issue a credit. The stools are great if you want GREY and don’t have to return them…………I personally will avoid this seller like the plague from now on. I also wrote the seller and gave them another chance to make my order good before writing this review with no response.

The metal seems pretty sturdy and the fabric as well. Very disappointed that they say “Black” and the fabric is more of a dark grey, not black like the metal. The picture on the left shows a bar stool I have that is black and the other is the one I ordered, NOT BLACK!
