Well worth the price and service was exceptional.
The chairs are great. Nice size fits well under the table and not too heavy to push in and out. Khaki color matches many colors and textures in my room. The shipping box was damaged when they arrived and one of the chairs was broken. The seller took care of the problem in record time and replaced the problem. The seller gives me faith in customer service again. Chairs were easy to put together and all parts and hardware were there. Good purchase. 5 star Mar. 2026

Nice chairs
Doesn’t have much padding. It’s a thin pad and instead of springs it has a board going across in the center under the chair. They’re still good chairs for the price and look nice. I had padding from a sofa I took apart to haul off. I used the foam padding and had order seat covers for all my chairs anyway. I have animals. And they are easy to assemble, no hunting down extra tools.

Takes a bit of time to put together but easy enough
Nice chairs. Modern look. Well enough made. I was replacing a couple that looked the same that I purchased on Wayfair many years ago (same price point and quality). These were a little more time intensive to put together but still not bad. And the cushion on the back is a little lacking, but good enough for what you pay for. Inexpensive and overall real nice. A clean look, modern, straight define edges and an overall nice set of chairs.

Scam. The chairs don’t actually hold people.
This has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything from anyone in my life.I purchased 19 cases of 4 chairs each for my restaurant. After spending hours assembling them, it became painfully obvious they break with any light use. Packaging was discarded during assembly as there was nowhere to put such a large amount of packaging while waiting to see if the chairs would stand up to use. I shouldn’t even have to wait to see that. Brand new chairs should be assumed to actually hold people.Upon trying to return the “defective” product, Yaheetech insisted I disassemble all 76 chairs and repackage them in their original or smaller packaging. I put defective in quotes because there’s no way all 76 were defective. It’s just how they are built. They intentionally sold me unusable chairs along with anyone else who was unfortunate enough to come across this extremely unethical and, frankly, dangerous company.Buy at your own peril. These people should truly be ashamed of themselves for their disgusting business practices.I’m strongly considering legal action.

Good and sturdy chairs – tips for installation
Just completed my installation – the chairs are nice-looking and sturdy (do not know yet how long they last). Here are some tips that make the installation easier.(1) Install the chairs on a table or kitchen counter – much easier than do it on the floor. There are two reasons – the first reason is easier for your back; the second reason is subtle but more important – the screw only goes into the nut if the screw aligns very well with the nut. – it is much easier to judge the screw’s alignment when it is close to you than an arm away from above.(2) To make the chair sturdy, you have to tighten the screws – each chair has nine screws.(3) To make the chair not wobbly, you have to level all four legs. The seat connects to the back via five screws – four corner ones and one central one. You can slightly rotate the seat relative to the back around the central screw, which is how to level the two back legs. Two front legs each has a slight space up and down, which help to level two front legs. Plus, two front legs each has a level screw under the leg.That is all from my installation.
