So glad I got this set. the workmanship is amazing. The cutting edges are so sharp I could easily cut super thin slices of turkey without the meat falling apart.

So I just unboxed this set and I must say I’m very disappointed. For the original price of the set I was expecting the quality to be much greater. I was expecting more weight to the knives and the handles almost look like a cheap wood textured plastic. The weight of the steel feels very light. Much lighter than I was expecting. The set I originally had that I bought this one to replace felt much better quality and I paid a fraction of the price that I did on this one. The only saving grace out of this is that I got it on sale for 40% off for prime day. If I would have paid the full amount for the set I would be returning them immediately. I have not used them yet so I am only going off of first impressions and they seem sharp out of the box. Time will tell if the edge holds but I have a good suspicion that it will not. Other reviews came back very positive for this set which is what lead me to buy it but as of right now I am very disappointed. The only reason I gave it 3 starts was due to the fact that I got it for 40% off. If I would have paid the full amount I would be giving it a 1 star. I do not recommend buying this set. Do your research and find a better quality set for the price.

Incredible knives- for the price. Beautiful, sharp in a polished wooden block. Ive had them for ~6 months and they still look brand new. Hand wash them only!!!
