An installation nightmare
It’s a great product for that kind of money, but the installation is just a nightmare. Firstly, there are only 3 wires and it is impossible to put the light on a separate switch. Secondly, the lower part is screwed very problematic, it cannot be done without a special tool under the ceiling. Thirdly, the connection of the lower part for electricity is very unreliable. Fourth, there are no light bulbs or batteries in the kit, you need to go to the store separately. I would suggest that the development engineers tear off their hands and heads for such work. And so the ceiling fan is very stylish and the price is attractive

Beautiful but terrible
This item is definitely as pictured; however, it is almost impossible to assemble. There are far too many pieces and steps, and it does not hang flush against the ceiling, due to the oversized wire box that is supposed to easily cram inside the ceiling mount. Then thereâs the single remote it requires to be operated. Donât lose this, or nothing will work! It took my husband and me 4 hours of fighting this fan to get it installed. My daughter loves it, but she also hates it because it simply will not install properly, so it wobbles and squeaks. Do not purchase this product.

A very nice ceiling fan BUT …
I personally will give this a 5 star but for most it might be a 4 star. Why?a) The manual misses a key point when installing the downrod…the small screwhole MUST go back into the top position…CRITICAL!b) Attaching the fan/motor to the downrod assembly is tricky without doing the following: line up the 3 holes and put a small nail in each to hold the two pieces together THEN remove each nail in turn and screw in the screw before going to the next.If you do the above then this is a VERY nice light and well worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is mechanically inclined. It can be done by 1 person (me in 2 hours) but most people will require 2 people.If you’re up to it then go for it…a very nice addition to a room.UPDATE:A very nice fan BUT one very annoying flaw. I use a light switch to turn the light on and there is a 2.5 second delay. WHAT THE??? Unless someone can tell me how to reduce this to “normal” (i.e. turn on switch and light comes on within milliseconds) then I would give this a one and return it but it is installed. If this “delay” is normal then I cannot recommend this product. Please, someone help me turn this off so the fixture becomes “normal”!!!

Gorgeous!!!!!
This is truly Hollywood glam at its best! First fan came without mounting bracket. I called and they sent another fan and told me to keep the first one. I really expected a hassel.but there was no Hassel. I got great service , follow up and a beautiful fan. It really sets the mood for my entire decorating set up. Thank u for the great product

Great working and looking.
I love this fan/chandelier. It works great and has six speeds for the fan and six settings for the light. It looks great!! Adds just enough bling to our room and updates the plain fan/light we had. It puts out more air than our old fan/light and is quiet. The only thing is that it is a little hard to install. The pieces seem bigger than the hole for the insides. Other than that, we would not complain. Again, I Love It!!!!! Would buy again.

Beautiful and great price!
We are currently remodeling our home and happy to say we have purchased the majority of our products from Amazon and I’m never dissapointed with their lighting! Not only is this fan gorgeous but the fan output is great and keeps this front house nice and cool! It’s a classy fan with great performance! I absolutely love it!!

Beautiful Fan! And CS review
First off the fan is beautiful! It is exactly the glam vibe I was going for at a reasonable price. Install was a bit of a test but me and my husband were able to put it up with some effort, and weâve never put up fans before. We did have an issue where the receiver stopped working about 3 months in, so I reached out to the companyâs customer service and they were so nice and sent me a new receiver that we were able to replace and get the fan working again! Overall I am so pleased with this fan and the company behind it! Highly recommend!!
