This chair is exactly what I was looking for for my elderly mom. It came quickly, and was shipped neatly, and came with no damage!It was easy to assemble: came in 2 parts. The electronic remotes had to be connected also, which was SUPER easy to connect! The remotes are easy to use.It has comfortable material, more of a weave than a felt, yet smooth and soft. The cup holders are a great bonus and are removable for easy cleaning. It also has a pocket on each side.It reclines fully (Yay!) and also raises up fully (another big yay!). Mom used it immediately! And LOVES it! It is so reassuring to know she can get up and down on her own now.It also has the massage and heat too! Fantastic Bonus features for a fantastic chair. What a GREAT PURCHASE!THANK YOU

Very comfortable
We just got this in – a day early and shipped directly from the supplier, and immediately unpacked and set it up. It’s very comfortable and easy to use! The heater doesn’t get as hot as the car seats do, but it’s a very pleasant heat and the vibrations for the massage are considerably more powerful than we would have guessed. Recent broken back and this chair is going to make everything so much easier for recovery and afterwards too! The material is very nice (soft and supportive).The color is just as pictured in the description and flattering for a warm colored home.

The chair is very comfortable, many wonderful features. The down side is the way it is packaged. The box is very flimsy and the weight of the chair causes tears and openings. Also the electrical wires are tied to the external frame, the connectors get damaged. We ordered a replacement and those connectors were damaged but still usable.

STAY AWAY!
Haven’t had this chair a year, and already had to replace the Fruhdi Power Recliner RMT Motor, Model R811A Actuator, Replacing R8112 Replacement for Sofa Lift Chairs TWICE!!!!!! They creak and groan after some normal usage! The chair is apparently designed around this motor assembley which is too cheap to work with ANY longevity! The screw mechanisms are totally of a different design than should have been considered, I own two other recliner for over fifteen years that are quiet, and have amore positive engagement than this cheap wet noodle being used on these chairs. Bought this thing for my incapacitated Wife to use….thanks for nothin! It’s my own fault for not buying American…….Now I have 2 motors I have to switch out after repacking them with dialectric grease every month. Beware of this P.O.S.!

Kind of a Mixed Bag
Fabric is cheap-looking. Control for heat and massage is hard to read, especially for elderly with poor eyesight. Price was very reasonable. Size is perfect for my 5â tall, 92-year-old mother. She says it fits her comfortably. Fairly easy to put together. Only took about 20 minutes. Directions were not very clear. Anxious to see how it will hold up over time. Delivery was great and came earlier than expected.
