The product was delivered promptly. The items are well packaged and protected from damage during shipping and are organised in well labelled boxes with related parts so it is easy to keep things organized. I was installing two 24 inch wide doors on an 8 foot long track so I expected that installation would be easy and straightforward. I diligently followed the instructions but after I hung the doors on the track I discovered that they could not meet together with the middle door stoppers installed. The door stoppers control where the doors are stopped when in the closed and open positions. The 8 foot track is shipped as two 4 foot long pieces that are joined using a junction plate and four machine screws. The door stoppers do not fit over the junction plate so they could not be mounted close together in the middle of the track. I contacted ZEKOO Customer Service and they recommended that I remove the junction plate and mount the middle door stoppers close together to achieve the desired “closed position”. After making this change there was still a 20mm gap between the doors. I contacted Customer Service again. This time they recommended that the hanger brackets needed to be moved 4 inches from the edge of the door . The instructions that came with the hardware stated that: ” Recommended: The Hangers should be between 2″ – 4″ from the door edge to the center of Hanger. ” The accompanying diagram shows the distance as being 2-3/8″ to 3-15/16″ (60mm – 100mm) from the edge of the door to the center line for the hanger holes. The door stiles on my doors are 4 inches wide so I had centered the arrow brackets in the middle (2 inches from the edge) because that is what looked the best.After sending Customer Service a photo of my instructions they admitted that the instructions were at fault and they were incorrect for my installation because they were used for various other styles of barn door hardware. I was surprised that the instruction inconsistencies and errors wasn’t something that they had already know about and corrected. In the end they agreed to give me a partial refund and sent me an extra set of door stoppers which I will have to cut down in length so that my doors will meet in the middle of the opening without a gap as they should.Customer service was very prompt and gracious and the hardware looks good and performs well. It is unfortunate that the installation instructions are a failure.

Affordable, durable, beautiful!
Affordable, durable, perfect rail kit! Loved that it was a minimum distance requirement from the ceiling (unlike other kits), the look of the sliders, and the perfect length-we had to cut two inches off each end which was effortless.

Excellent communication – customization available – instructions clear – great quality
Excellent communication with the seller – I had barn doors that were less than their recommended thickness. I requested some different hardware to accommodate. The seller responded promptly and sent along appropriate customized hardware for my application, along with tracking numbers for shipment. Couldn’t ask for better. Quality & finish of the product is good. Product came with clear instructions, which is often a gap with other sellers. Would work with these folks again anytime.

Better instructions with troubleshooting would be nice
It’s a very sturdy and smooth functioning track and rollers. I do wish the installation instructions were more detailed and assumed it was a first time installer. Also, it would have been nice if they anticipated there might be issues with a door that had molding and offered suggestions (e.g. install another board above molding to move door out a little). Fortunately, my doors came with spacers so I could adjust to the larger thickness brackets, but why not include spacers with instructions on where they should be placed (between door and bracket or between screw and bracket?).

Impressive customer service
Solid product/components. Hardware and finish are of good quality.I had an issue with the product not matching the discription, my 11′ kit was advertised as two 5 1/2 foot sections, it was not, it is 3 sections of a smaller size. Although this doesn’t effect the product function, these details matter to me when designing custom builds/installs.The seller reached out to me on the issue, offering options of resolve that were above and beyond the norm in customer service.They stated they will change the description of the product to match what you will receive (which I would highly advise they do, including text on pictures in description).When a seller/service provider does the right thing, and doing what’s right ‘costs them’ it’s difficult to get me to use/choose others.I appreciate your professionalism and will be doing business with you again. Keep up the good work

Great customer service
Easy to install, good quality, great customer service. One of the track connectors snapped in two during installation, and they sent a new piece (plus an extra and additional hardware) practically overnight, AND refunded a portion of the price for our trouble. Really helpful agent, and feel they went above and beyond for a pretty basic problem. Full set installed and has been through several windstorms and rough use on a greenhouse, and still looks and works great. Would definitely recommend.

Installed by a professional carpenter. Kit has very nice fit and finish, paint quality is a 9/10 instructions are well written but do not leave a lot of clearance off the finished floor, had to trim the door 1/4″ after. I took the door guides and cut a 1/4″ slot in the bottom of the door, this way the guide is hidden directly under the door, I did not cut the 1/4″ groove through the door, i stopped approx 1″ from the ends and it also served as my door stop so I didn’t have to use the bulkier supplied stop.The only complaint I have with the kit is that the top rail on the 10′ kit is in 3 pieces, so you have extra brackets attaching the seam, but for the price of the kit to me it was worth the savings.
