This is my second 6.6 foot barn door system from Zekoo and they do not disappoint. In fact, I now have three (3) barn doors and all from Zekoo. Excellent quality, easy to install and the system looks really good. System is so quiet and moves so smoothly and while I am at it, I must give a shout out to customer service. I had a query and the next day I had my answer. When Zekoo says they are there to help you, believe me, they mean it.

Good Quality Hardware.
The instructions a slightly misleading. If you drill the door where they say you should you will not be able to install the plastic parts that keep the door from jumping off. I should have made the holes 1/16â less than the amount specified in the instructions. Otherwise everything else was fine. Install went smoothly in the location we selected.

Great Value, Solid Construction
My wife found this old door at an antique shop, and wanted to hang it on the wall. We thought that the hardware for a barn door would work, though we didn’t plan on moving it. It would have worked as is, but we realized that if we moved it to another wall, we could use the functionality of the barn door to cover the window. Zekoo was very helpful, and sent out an alternate longer track faster than we could have imagined. It looks great. The set up was fairly easy, though we we did have to drill through metal brackets, and cut grooves in the door to make the brackets fit. Without those issues, it wouldn’t be too difficult. I did use a smaller drill bit than was called for in the instructions, since my drill wouldn’t go up to 7/16ths. You might also need a clamp to tighten the bumpers on each side of the track in order to get the bolts through.

great! but needed customizing
overall for the price i paid for this product i do like it and it served its purpose well after some tweaksâ¦â¦ mainly ones that i had to customize due to the location and size but one that most should know is â¦..*** i used a standard size door which is 1 – 3/8 thick ( the description online says it would work for that size up to 1 -3/4) but when hanging the steel hangers, they were no where near tight enough to the door SO if you are using this thickness of a door, make sure you have extra washers handy so that the door hangers will be snug***also i had to drill four separate holes in the track because i wanted them to line up with studs, so I used the same 7/16â drill bit for those- and used the four end caps to fill in the pre-drilled holes on the track â- i can say that this hardware is pretty sturdy due to that fact this door is over 100lbsbesides that, it was pretty easy to install- just a lot of precise measuring and definately an extra set of hands or two helps

I made from this a door to cover my electrical panel
The hardware that came was well protected. All the items were easy to understand how to install. I made a door out of shiplap that I had left over from the wall, which made it quite a bit thicker than a traditional door would be. everything fit except the guide at the bottom of the door I had to Outsource for a larger guide but other than that everything functions is rugged and works flawlessly.

This is the third barn door rail that I have purchased from this company. Two were bypass rails and the third was for a single door. This product is very well made. The last one came with a damaged box so some of the parts were missing. The CS is awesome. They were quick to respond and sent out replacements immediately, but the box had been cut and a few screws were missing. Once again the company immediately responded and replaced the missing screws. They remained in contact with me the entire time. I really appreciate the CS.
