Buy the thing
This couch is well worth it! We ordered on a Sunday & 4/5 boxes arrived on Wednesday, the 5th box the next day. We were weary of purchasing online with limited pictures of it in reviews, but so glad we did. The one picture that was posted looks like the fabric wrinkles easily. I can tell that they just had pushed up the middle console cushion & left it at that without smoothing the fabric back out. It was super easy to put together with 1 person within an hour- there were directions but we didn’t even need them as it was so simple. I admit, in pictures the fabric does look cheap, but is not at all- it is very comparable to furniture we have bought from big lots but less expensive. The only downside I can find is the adjustable headrests are almost pointless & provide no support, but not a deal breaker. This couch is very comfortable & needs broken in, but may not suit someone very tall. Also, there is only 1 tracking order for all of the packages, so just be patient for all pieces to arrive.

A couch that fits all my needs and wants.
I really like this couch. Zero clearance needed for wall hugging, good manual adjustable head rest, solid construction, easy to assemble, enjoy the electric reclining, can adjust the size of the cup holders, like the fold down piece for charging and putting items on and the material seems rugged. This is great because I have a big dog who likes to relax with me on the couch. So far, I don’t have anything negative to say so I am very pleased with this purchase.

Read the return policy before purchasing or you might be stuck with something you don’t like.
We knew we were taking a chance on buying furniture that we could not see and test and we really didn’t like it. It didn’t fit our space very well but the return policy was that we had to pay for the return shipping which was more than the recliner. It’s very basic. Does recline well? Doesn’t lay flat. That’s how it gets away with the zero wall and it is definitely a zero wall hugger are cats were able to destroy it within a matter of minutes. The fabric is very easy for cats to destroy and imagine other things as well. It was well packed. Arrived quickly. Was easy to put together. We did wind up keeping it. Cats are continuing to destroy it, so I guess we’ll wind up replacing it with something else after the cats are dead.

I wish I could leave a 5 star
I love these, I really do, but my complaints have to do with packaging and instructions. I had these in boxes for 3 days trying to find out why the instructions which I found in first box said I was supposed to have 2 B2’s (parts) while the boxes said otherwise. I was afraid I was going to have to send it back and was not going to open them all if that was the case. Each box has a label on them, B1/A1 etc… which match waht instructions say, except they don’t. I spent days trying to get help which was pretty poor when it came. So, product seems good, go ahead and open the boxes when you get them and jigsaw puzzle it together. I will report back if they don’t hold up, but comfortable, and they do work well. I was annoyed enough I was going to go 3 star, but waitied till I cooled off to write this 🙂

Great upgrade for our small space
Pros: We love it! This has been a huge upgrade for our office/tv room. The wall hugger feature is great for the small space. Very comfy. Love that I can recline or even stretch out lengthwise on couch. The cupholders, pockets and chargers help organize the room. Good value for money.Cons: Assembly instructions are a little vague. There are places where fabric is very thin – we got a little tear on corner during assembly. Covered up with some fabric glue but disappointing on first day of use.

Beautiful
Love my sofa perfect size and fits perfectly. Easy to assemble. One issue i have is its very light in weight when your sitting and if you have it reclined if you put to much weight towards the front it will tip foward. I made holes in the bottom bracket and mounted mine.
