First time owning this kind of sharp knives.I just have to be extra careful because these knives are extremely sharp. Easy to hold, the color matches my kitchen aesthetics perfectly. Itâs qualityTip: If you want them to keep their shine, hand wash them right after using and wipe with a cloth. I do not use dishwasher or leave them in the sink to wash later.

We already owned a chef’s knife by this company, so I felt really good about buying these and was not disappointed. They are amazing, but caution. I have been so used to using woefully dull knives that my proper cutting technique was lacking at best, so managed to get a few good cuts in before I stopped being an idiot.
