Went together very easily, all joints are marked with numbers so you just match up 1-1 , 2-2 and so on.Came with a few extra bolts in case you loose one and a little ratchet tool to put it together.Frame is very sturdy and looks great.The only complaint I have is how much flex there is in the wooden slats that bridge the frame under the mattress. We had the mattress on the floor while waiting for the frame to show up and it definitely feels more squishy when on the slats. I’m going to replace them with plywood for extra rigidity.Overall very happy with product.

SOLID BED FRAME
The bed is GREAT. Extremely solid, no wobble and no squeaking.It’s also VERY heavy, but I consider that a good thing.As for the instructions, they look simple and there’s a CGI video but there’s a lot you need to figure out.To save you the trouble:Our mechanical Allen wrench/ratchet didn’t work. Thankfully, there is a spare L shaped one in the container with the screws.Though the instructions show the parts by letters, they are not labelled on the pieces. Only the connections labelled with numbered stickers.This makes it very easy to get the connections right. The only part that was a bit confusing was the wood going into the head board slats. Just ensure the decorative side of the wood with the grooves is flush with side metal pieces. The smooth side of the wood is the back and it is recessed slightly in the metal frame. The instructions must be older because the wood screws into 4 metal ‘tabs’ but the instructions make it look like 2 long tabs. You’ll know it when you see it.Everything lined up easily and all the screws fit easily. All screws are labelled and there are extras.BUT you will need at least 2 people, preferably 3, as you’ll have to prop up some sides while putting it together. For ours the head board posts would not slot into the base without some series elbow grease.For the first step, you’ll need to UNSCREW the nuts that the long rails ‘hang/slot’ onto. Then you can tighten them. This took us a while to figure out as it’s not indicated in the instructions and no other parts have this feature.Lastly, when you start to lay down the slats, start on the Velcro. Do NOT start on the edges or you’ll have a gap.I know that seems like a lot but it really is easy if you have the help and take your time. It took me and my 2 young kids about 1.5 hours but if we knew the above it would probably have taken less than an hour.Bed is SOLID and I’m really happy with it. It’s amazing to get something this great for the price.Don’t hesitate to buy it!

Good Platform Bed
I’ve slept in my bed for a week now and after reading a lot of the reviews for this item I pulled the trigger. It is actually simple and easy to assemble. The wooden slats are attached via velcro and have two adhesive strips to help prevent the bed from moving excessive laterally which I can see wearing off after time but I’ll jusy buy more when that time comes. I’m glad none of the parts were missing or damaged too because with any amazon product it may get damaged on its way to your destination and having this item being a bed frame worried me because it’d be a pain to put it back in the box after taking everything out and drop it off to ups considering I dont even have a car but I digress. I have a twin bed and the pillar center leg is not present on the twin bed frame which I read some reviewers complain about actually breaking through the floor after activites, that must only be there on queen/king sizes. Having about an 8″ mattress there is about another 2-3″ gap between the top of my mattress and the bottom of the headboard which doesnt bother me but I was prepared to buy a mattress topper if it did. This is a platform bed so it means it sits low to the ground probably no more than 3″ so I did the calculations and added up how high my mattress would be from the floor with this frame before buying and most of the people who complain about this frame dont understand what it means to buy a platform bed frame. I liked the color of the headboard and foot board and overall look of this item too and I cant say I’ve heard any squeaks or noise so this frame is pretty sturdy and quiet.I’m a college student and I’ve had my matress on the floor for a few years now and I’ve been concerned about buying a cheap bed frame that would be squeaky when I got my gf over or just plain uncomfortable and I worried about not having enough to buy a good enough one. Im glad I got this one and it still makes me smile after a week. With that being said I never stored things under my bed and you shouldnt expect to with this frame. Overall its perfect and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for after hours of research and reading reviewers. Will update if I meet any issues with this product though.

crazy value! no complaints! i chose this low profile frame after noticing high profile frames seem to wear out faster and develop a wobble or creak. not this thing! itâs as solid as a rock. the metal is so sturdy and thick, we have actually pavlov dogâd ourselves walking on eggshells around it to protect our toes, because if you stumble into it, itâs not moving. itâs also extremely quick and easy to disassemble and move. it has minimal screws and parts, and itâs holes are cut well for such a low price. it never loosens, never squeaks. the headboard is solid wood and can be sanded and stained if desired, but i like itâs colour. the wood and metal have not gotten scratched up even though we have cats who jump and climb all over the headboard. the headboard is not against the wall but doesnât squeak or lean even though we have been resting against it for two years. easy to clean.yes the low profile means we canât store things under it, but it also means not a lot of stuff can get lost under it, and the lack of space underneath is worth it imo. if you like itâs appearance, get it, because iâve never gotten better value for such sturdy, brand new furniture.

So far, so good. It is a sturdy and quiet bed. It’s low for shorter individuals and is ok for tall individuals to get out of bed. Easy to put together…. and materials feel quality
