Great Microwave
I love this microwave. Its so handy to have a microwave in a drawer, below the waist instead of above the shoulders. It is much safer not having to lift hot items from a higher location.I like the melt butter option. It melts the cheese on cold pizza nicely. It also has a handy quick 30 second function that I end us using most of the time.

Door made loud scratchy noise. Buyer beware: Customer service is MIA.
The door made horrible noises when opening and closing right out of the box. I called zline and got a recording to file a warranty claim and they would get back to me in 24 hours. 3 days and 3 claims later, no one has called back or even responded to emails. A couple of friends who had zline for longer told me their service experience has deteriorated as well. Buyer beware. I think if the service experience is going to be like this, this microwave is going back along with the zline 48â vent hood we purchased as well. This doesnât seem like a professional outfit.

Beautiful! Works great! Looks even better!
Bought this for my brand new kitchen. Shipping was fast. Installation was easy. It looks perfect under the counter on my island. Heats well. Defrosts well. Isnât loud at all. My friends are all jealous! Couldnât be happier! 🙂

Great customer Service!
We liked this microwave but recently it had some arcing issues. When I contacted the seller, they were very quick to respond and send a replacement. I am highly impressed with their service and the microwave has been great for a drawer unit. We have had several drawer units and this has been the best.

Awful product. Do not Buy
We got this microwave as part of our kitchen remodel. The product started being defective within a week of installation. After every use, there is a big and constant beeping sound which can only be stopped by pulling the plug.The vendor has been unhelpful as his 30-day window for return is complete. It was sitting in a corner for the remodel to be complete for 4 weeks.My first and last experience with ZLine.

Arcing problems
Beautiful microwave. Unfortunately it started arcing in the back corner within about 2 weeks of use. Tried using a microwave specific paint to cover the arc spot but it just kept happening.We are trying to return it for a refund but are expected to pay shipping costs for the return. This is a really heavy item – poor service if you ask me.
