Good quality bed, very satisfied
While we had issues getting the bedroom set delivered, the Zuri furniture is well built, and the bed is great. Easy to assemble, all the hardware included, but suggest using your own allen-head socket tool instead of the included one as it is small. But it is included which is nice.The bed is leather and leatherette. The headboard is leather but the remaining side and foot frame is leatherette. Not an issue, it looks great still. Have slept on the bed for about 2 weeks now and it is very comfortable.It is a bit pricey, but the design is very nice and was a good selling point.

Product, great – customer service SUCKS!
First, the bed is FANTASTIC! Love the look, is very sturdy (components have very good “heft” yo them). Assembly isn’t too bad, 2-3 hours. I do recommend buying fender washers for the screws. The screws go into slotted holes on the brackets and there is very little surface area under the head of the screw contacting the brackets.Noe for the “TERIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”. I ordered a king size bed. When the components arrived, I got a queen size slat support. The feet that you have to attach to the foot of the side boards were missing. There are threaded inserts in the head, sides, and foot boards (for the slat support brackets and assembly brackets). One of the side boards was missing the threaded inserts for the slat support “L” bracket. The foot board had a small circular cut in the leather. Contacted ZURI, let them know and emailed pictures of the issues.After 2+ weeks, I received the replacement parts plus parts I didn’t need. I didn’t received the threaded inserts. Contacted ZURI again, explained what I needed again. A few days later the inserts arrived along with more parts I didn’t need. Installed the threaded inserts (I requested the inserts only, planned to install myself). Went to install the slat support bracket and the inserts were the wrong size (too big). I ended up going to the hardware store and found Allen head screws that fit the inserts.I would recommend buying this bed with the cavoite that if it is not correct when it arrives to be prepared for a major headache. The bed looks great and I’m glad I bought. I’m still working with them, this review may be updated.

Good Quality!
Good quality very sturdy was not that hard to assemble took about 2 hours, and came in 3 boxes 1 of which was very heavy that box did have some damage, but the contents were not damaged very happy with my purchase love the adjustable headrests!

Customer service nightmare
Yes their designs are good. Yes the product came with very little scratches, and yes it appears somewhat sturdy. The problem is that we never got all boxes. Slept on the floor with our mattress for weeks. Poor response and sometimes no response (until I complained to Amazon) to requests for our product that we had PAID for. SO it begs to question…… when something goes wrong, will you be able to get someone at the company to address this in a timely manner. We simply had a very very very difficult time for a product that is clearly not inexpensive. You have options.

Don’t waste your money on this
I would not waste your money on this bed. My ex-fiance wanted this bed and it is not comfortable and too low to the ground. The black is also incredible difficult to keep clean and it is all around a depressing.

Good quality and with the professional assembly it is very solid. The mechanisms work well. Headboard smells like leather, lol, it’s leather
