Love it!
It took me 54(F) and my daughter about 1 1/2 hours to put together, the instructions were very clear and precise and looks awesome, I really love the storage , which is what I bought it for, everything was in perfect condition and had all the parts (plus a bag of spares), very happy with this, if you are looking for a storage table that also looks nice go with this , I bought the brown and love it.

It’s decent quality at the price point
There are many steps to assemble this. I found the almost no words instructions to be somewhat straight forward almost all the way until the last steps. I am pretty sure the last steps where it has you choose what direction you want the table to swing is backwards, but anyway, you’ll figure it out. The hydraulic assist hinges are okay but 2 hands are probably always necessary when operating the movement. The material surfaces are okay. The corners are sharp and they do come with 5 rubber corner bumpers. I’m not sure why only 5, but I guess those are the main corners that seem like they will be painful if hit. It’s definitely more useful than a normal coffee table.

Best instructions!
I’m a single girl and usually have a guy friend come over and put things together for me. I opened this up on a Friday night just to sort out the pieces and make sure everything was there. The instructions were so well written that I put it together while watching The sound of music and here it is in my living room very sturdy lots of space and the lifts were even easy to put together with the step-by-step instructions. This type of thing usually overwhelms me…but not that s item. Very happy with my purchase and the quality is excellent!

Love this table
Itâs very sturdy, which was my biggest concern. Even the parts that extend out are sturdy. I love the drawers and the different storage compartments. The black color is pure black. The manual for putting it together is a little intimidating, but my brother assembled it for me in a little over an hour and all the parts were there and fit together perfectly (plus there were extra parts too). Great table, great value.

Worth the money
I have been using this table for 4 months now. Easy to put together if you follow each step of the directions. It looks great and the lifting mechanisms are smooth with soft close. It gets frequent use closed as a foot rest and open to eat on in a house of boys. It is holding up perfectly. Scratch resistant and sturdy. I have no reservations recommending this table.

Pros: 1)Easy to assemble with clear step by step instructions. Took approx. 3-4 hrs. to carefully unpack from box & assemble from A to Z 2)Everything was well packed & undamaged. 3)All that was needed was the supplied star screwdriver ( nice touch & I’m guessing supplied to keep people from over torqueing & damaging/breaking assembly hardware ). They even supply you with extra hardware parts in case you do manage to break something. The finish ( grey in my case ) is very nice & seems sturdy enough. I often eat my meals in front of the TV using the longer top raised up like a table & up to now no problems. Love the drawers underneath to keep remotes etc. & the storage the 2 raised table tops afford in the underneath compartments.Cons: 1)The compartment bottom under the table tops isn’t wood, it’s a thin slide in panel installed during assembly that’s easily broken if you accidentally put anything too tall to fit in the compartment & close the top, or too heavy such as trying to support your own body weight while leaning into it which I did with one hand during assembly to get at the screws. 2)I’m sure you can reverse the large top & small tops ends relative to the drawers, however if you follow the instructions it doesn’t give you that option & by the end of assembly once you’ve realized it, it really is quite involved to remove the 2 ends of the coffee table & reverse the compartment section around to have the smaller top on the left when you are facing the drawers. ( for a “L” shaped sofa example with the “L” on the left ) The instructions as is make the small top end up on the right when you’re facing the drawers okay for a sofa with a “L” shape on the right.This is a very nice, very functional coffee table, well finished for the money. No regrets & would buy again.

Instructions were pretty easy to follow. I put it together myself (took a longer time) but pretty easy to assembly when u follow the instructions. Everything fit perfectly fine. Love the color and the coffee table is super versatile. It acts as my dinner table as well. It’s pretty sturdy and has lots of storage. Would definitely recommend.

This table was fairly easy to assemble. Allthe parts were well labeled and it didn’t take long to assemble. It fits nicely into our space and the two lifting table surfaces is a nice option and are pretty sturdy once lifted into place. My only con so far is that as you can see from the picture is that the two lifting parts are not flush together when it is closed. They were when it was first assembled but the more the tops were lifted and used, the gap between the two seems to have gotten wider. I checked to make sure whatever is in the storage underneath is not causing the gap, and it’s not. So if you don’t mind the little space between the two sections you may like it. Overall a good, functional table.

This is by far the best product, furniture wise, I’ve purchased on Amazon! I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews and then really nervous about putting it together because I thought things wouldn’t line up.After looking at the instructions and seeing how even a child could put it together, with detailed diagrams that were very straight forward. Pieces are well marked and the instruction manual even shows you the screws you need, at the bottom of each page, for what you’re working on. The kit included a nice Philips screwdriver instead of those common hex screws that take forever and 2 glue tubes to secure the dowels. The kit also included 1 extra from each screw, fastener and dowel. It used a dowel plus a cam lock which fit in the slots perfectly!The only caution i would suggest is being careful not to leave much of the wood dowels extending. The should be put into the hole about 3/4 of the way with the glue. One of the dowels i had left too much out and when i put it together there was resistance so i thought it was because the hole wasn’t fitting so i tapped it into place but it poked a hole in the panel! I was glad it was black and was an easy fix with some wood filler and black paint! You can see the booboo in one of the pictures. They didn’t explain how far to insert the dowel or if they did, I didn’t notice. You have to remember to put glue on the extending part of the dowel when putting the pieces together so it will secure on the other side also. There were 5 rubber 3M guards in the kit but the manual didn’t mention where they went. I am assuming it’s for the corners of the table but I didn’t use them. The last picture shows those.The table top also leaves stains from oils in your hands. My hands were not oily but still left finger prints on the mat finish as you can see in the video.The extension parts are very sturdy, I pushed on them several times while extended and they didn’t wobble or move. The smaller extension tended to snap back so you have to hold it until it closes. I wouldn’t recommend having anything spillable on it when you attempt to close it. Opening it is ok if you have a good grip on it. The larger extension has to be opened and closed holding the center or it’s difficult, it has a smoother movement so drinks probably wouldn’t be affected too much.The whole table was perfectly aligned although the smaller extension part did not sit flat at first so it looks slightly off in the video and pictures but after a few uses, it flattened good.The larger extension can be mounted on either side of the table and I had to play with it for a while before it aligned right because there were a lot of holes it could go on. The smaller extension can only go on one side.The drawers worked perfectly and well aligned.It took 3 to 4 hrs to put together only because of the playing I did with the larger extension part. I started using the included screwdriver but when i got 3/4 of the way through I switched to a low setting of an electric screw driver. It worked like a charm. My palm had a blister , that’s how many screws it had!I priced these tables at over $400- $600 at furniture stores at discounts! And they only had one extending surface. This one has 2! They were also very flimsy and with no drawers.I would HIGHLY recommend this product!
