Feels and looks high quality.
I am impressed with this air fryer. I have used it for many months and have had no issues. Itâs more consistent with heating than some other air fryers I have used. Itâs easy to use with the touchpad type screen. I have used it at 350 and 400 degrees for most things, but have also tested it at 270 degrees for boiling eggs and it seems to work well at the highest or near the lowest of itâs temperature capacity. It has many presets and I sometimes use the fry preset but I do find myself taking it out a little sooner than itâs set for. I am very satisfied with this air fryer!

Simple to use air fryer that cooks evenly.
This air fryer cooks well; I like it. Heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. Thereâs a touch pad control surface thatâs sleek and easy to clean if needed (for the occasional fingerprint or food residue). The controls are straightforward – temp and time with some preset cook settings available.The unit weighs about 10 pounds and is easy to move from storage to the countertop. The air fryer is compact, but not small and stores away simply. It does not heat up the counter surface too much when used.Iâve cooked chicken (marinated breast, frozen breaded, wings) and fish (thawed salmon and frozen cod). All turned out well and evenly cooked through. Clean up is simple. The basket is two pieces; they separate easily and both clean up quickly with a soapy sponge. I have yet to have anything stick badly to it. The unit is pretty quiet when running and beeps / alerts are âpleasantâ (not harsh). Overall, itâs a great air fryer and Iâve had a good experience using it.

Large footprint but a terrific Air Fryer
The Bodum Melior Air Fryer works well, offering a lot of capacity in an efficiently used footprint. Operating the fryer is intuitive with the digital control panel. Cleanup is easy, and it cooks evenly. While the footprint of this fryer is not small, it heats quickly and operates well, and is a worthy consideration if you have the counter space for it.

Large capacity
The air fryer cooks the food evenly and quickly. It has a touchscreen for setting temperature, time, or quick one touch button. You do have to hold the power button for a few seconds to have it turn on which is a little frustrating. There is also a cover over the handle to open/pull out the basket. The basket is not as heavy as other basket air fryers I’ve had and I love that there is a drain hole for easy removal of grease or other liquids in the base. The basket goes in smooth and easily. There are also grip handles on the outside making it easy to hold and move.

Large footprint round air fryer
This air fryer has replaced my venerable old air fryer that I’ve been using for around 10 years (thank you for your service). The footprint is a little larger but I can still use my old air fryer paper liners. The basket alone flexes and is not super rigid. The screen on the top is inclined. While that makes for easier reading, I used to place things on top of my other air fryer in staging things. This air fryer is breaking me of that habit. The basket is quite large and can handle quite a bit. My old fryer had a warming cycle to get the cooking ready, but this air fryer gets up to temperature really fast so that it doesn’t really require that apparently. I wish the little icons of the preprogrammed cooking times and temps had some text as the images are really difficult to recognize. I’ll keep a place for my old air fryer in my garage just in case, but this seems to be working well enough so far.

Cooking made easy!
I had the good luck of reviewing this air fryer. This was the first air fryer that I owned or even tried to use. My first attempt was cooking frozen sweet potato fries, which came out crispy for my first attempt. I expected a more complicated procedure, but it was surprisingly simple.PROS:Your food is cooked using rapid air circulation and a top grill for low-fat frying with fast results.Added features include adjustable time and temperature settings up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or you can use one of the 8 preset options.The easy-to-read digital control panel on the tip allows for easy use and timer alerts.A detached drawer and basket will allow for easy access and cleaning.The basket is dishwasher safe.When in use, the fryer was quiet.Beeps alert you to food that needs to be shaken in the basket.Your food basket can be separated from any food droppings in the drawer at the push of a button.Comes with an instruction booklet.I am very much enjoying experimenting with this air fryer. There have been no failures yet.Highly recommend!

Great air fryer with large capacity
I have been looking for an air fryer that is bigger than my current one, and when I saw this one, and recognized the brand, I was sold immediately. I had never heard of Bodum outside of the coffee industry, but already trusted them there, so had no hesitation. This is a great air fryer. You can completely control the time and temp, but also there are presets if you are new to air frying and not sure what you want. It has the standard basket in basket setup, but with a really neat little tab covering the release button so that you don’t accidentally separate the two when opening/closing the fryer. This was something I had done many times on accident with my old air fryer. It’s easy to clean and VERY nonstick. It’s bulky, but I feel like all air fryers are, so I can’t really knock it for that. I’ve done some tests with bread to see how even the heat distribution is and it makes perfect toast. All in all, I’m very happy with this air fryer.
