The sleek stainless steel exterior complements any kitchen décor, while the innovative French doors open with a single hand for easy access without compromising heat retention. An interior light ensures you can monitor food progress at a glance, eliminating the need to repeatedly open the door and lose precious cooking temperature.
Key Features
- High-speed accelerated airflow: This advanced system circulates superheated air rapidly and evenly across two separate cooking levels, delivering uniformly crisp results faster than traditional ovens. Whether you’re air frying wings or baking layered casseroles, every part of your dish cooks consistently.
- Dual-speed fan system with 360º circulation: The precision-engineered fan rotates in full-circle motion, surrounding food with hot air from all angles. This ensures golden-brown exteriors and juicy interiors—perfect for achieving restaurant-quality textures at home.
- Die-cast grill plate: Integrated into the cooking chamber, this heavy-duty metal plate creates authentic char-grill marks and imparts smoky, barbecue-like flavors. It not only enhances visual appeal but also helps seal in natural juices for tender, flavorful outcomes.
- One-handed French door operation: The smooth-opening French doors swing wide with just one hand, combining practicality with sophisticated design. Their dual-panel construction improves insulation, helping maintain consistent internal temperatures.
- 25 built-in pre-set programs: From Ribs and Chicken to Pastry and Keep Warm, these intuitive settings eliminate guesswork. Simply select the program, set the timer, and let the oven handle the rest—ideal for both novice cooks and experienced chefs.
- Automatic toaster shut-off with color-coded indicators: No more burnt toast! When the countdown ends, the toaster automatically powers off. A red light shows active toasting; once finished, it turns blue—giving you peace of mind and perfect results every time.
- Interior lighting: Strategically placed LED illumination lights up the entire cavity, letting you check doneness without opening the door. This preserves heat and prevents temperature fluctuations during critical cooking stages.
- Durable stainless steel construction: Both the exterior and key components are built with premium-grade stainless steel, offering long-lasting durability and a polished look that elevates any kitchen space—especially appreciated during dinner parties or holiday hosting.

Benefits & Use Cases
This Emeril Lagasse appliance transforms how you prepare family meals by combining speed, versatility, and style in one compact design. Its dual-level capability allows you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously—such as roasting vegetables on one rack while reheating appetizers on the other—saving time during busy evenings. The high-performance air frying function lets you enjoy favorites like french fries or mozzarella sticks with up to 70% less fat than deep-fried versions, supporting healthier eating habits without sacrificing taste or texture. For larger entertaining occasions, the spacious interior accommodates whole poultry, sheet cakes, or even multiple trays of cookies, reducing reliance on full-sized ovens and freeing up valuable counter space. Users frequently highlight its user-friendly pre-sets, easy-clean surfaces, and robust build quality as standout advantages. Whether you’re slow-roasting a herb-crusted leg of lamb or quickly defrosting frozen dumplings, the Emeril Lagasse delivers reliable, professional-style results with minimal effort.
Important Notes
While the die-cast grill plate enhances flavor and appearance through char-marking, it should be hand-washed to preserve its finish and prevent warping over time. Always position the cooking rack at the indicated “Toast” setting height for optimal browning and automatic shut-off functionality. Though constructed with high-quality materials, regular maintenance—including wiping down the stainless steel exterior and interior cavity—is recommended to maintain both performance and visual appeal. Note that this model is intended strictly for indoor countertop use and should never be operated outdoors or exposed to moisture beyond normal kitchen conditions. Package contents typically include the main unit, grill plate, and possibly additional accessories; however, confirm included items before finalizing your purchase. This appliance replaces several kitchen devices—air fryer, toaster oven, convection oven, rotisserie, and more—making it an efficient addition to households seeking simplified, multi-functional cooking solutions.

I Definitely Recommend the E.L. Air Fryer French Door
I’ve had it for 2 weeks and have airfried both turkey and pork bacon, hard boiled eggs, chicken wingettes, jumbo blueberry muffins. All turned out great, and this is my very first air fryer ever. What I do like: it cooks evenly (I reviewed videos on how to do this); timer on when to turn food; ability to adjust temperature and time during cooking, versatility of cooking modes (i.e., airfry, bake, dehydrate, broil, toast, grill, and so much more), easy to clean the insides, food taste good, easy to operate. I can see myself using the stove top less and using the air fryer more as soon as I get comfortable in doing more things with it. I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend reading the instructions first prior to using. What I don’t like: the loud alert beeps (I wish we had control over the volume and the amount of beeps); I wish it had a separate/ dedicated preheat setting; I wish that the fryer basket was easier to clean. All these weren’t enough to take away stars, just annoyances if anything. I also recommend lining the drip tray and baking tray with aluminum foil to make for easier clean-up between use, and using air fryer unbleached parchment paper to line your fryer basket. This AirFryer is definitely worth every penny.

So far, I love it! (Its definitely love)
Update: Iâve been using this oven for a couple months now for roasting, baking, broiling, air frying, and reheating. It is an outstanding oven that performs flawlessly every time. The oven heats evenly, so baked goods cook uniformly. Over the holidays I baked cookies, and since then enchiladas, cornbread, casseroles, sheet pan meals, hot wings, salmon, quesadillas, broiled sandwiches, etc. I love the amount of cooking space available and it doesnât take up too much counter space. This is the best toaster oven Iâve owned. Absolutely love it!We purchased this oven to replace our Ninja Foodie flip-up air fryer/toaster oven which weâve had for just over a year. We are full-time RVers and seldom bother to light and use the gas oven in our RV, so itâs very important to me that I have a good countertop oven. With limited space, I love that it doubles as an air fryer, too. We have a separate toaster because Iâve never been satisfied with the way a toaster oven toasts (sounds silly, but give me a pop-up toaster any day).I never liked our old oven because itâs not tall enough inside to cook in anything but a tray. It was also not heating properly and I was very disappointed with the results. It donât heat properly and was too small to bake a cake or roast a whole chicken.I spent a lot of time researching other combination air fryer/ovens until I came upon this oven. I will update later, but I was very impressed with the cooking performance of my first meal – a sheet pan meal with Parmesan-crusted chicken breasts and broccoli. I baked it for 14 minutes at 425°, turning the broccoli half way through. The chicken was perfectly cooked – juicy inside with a golden brown, crusty topping. The broccoli had the right amount of char without being over or undercooked. I was amazed how much better it roasted than the old oven and I like the way the baking tray just slips into the slots on the side. This meal wasnât very messy, so there wasnât much splatter and there were no drips to clean.Today Iâm baking cookies and tomorrow Iâm air frying wings, so I will update after Iâve used it a few more times. We buy meal kits from Green Chef, and many of the recipes require baking. Since there are just two of us, this will definitely do the trick. This is a very preliminary review, but the positives include: roomy interior cooking space, easy to bake with a 9â square pan, pie pan, or 12â cookie sheet. Evenly heats and the temperature was consistent with a thermometer. It didnât overheat the room and we keep a 4-6â space from walls. The interior light is bright. I like the double doors, but be sure there is enough space to fully open them so they donât close on your hand – especially if itâs hot! There are many simple settings and itâs easy to adjust the temperature and time. Iâm looking forward to experimenting more! The only negative so far is that it canât accommodate the 12â pizza pan that worked with the old oven. This isnât a problem because Iâve found frozen pizza is best when cooked on the wire rack instead of in a pan. We use our outdoor pizza oven for homemade pizza anyway. We will definitely stay on top of cleaning it after each use, wiping off splatters & drips that can smoke up the kitchen. Itâs not likely we will use the rotisserie because Iâm sure it would be very messy, but itâs going to be great for baking, roasting & air frying.More later after Iâve used this for a few months, but if youâve been considering getting this while itâs on sale – go for it!

Great item update
My brand new stove, oven went out within the first month and donât want to repair it so I thought I would give this a try for now, itâs stainless and looks good, double doors are easy to use, mine stay open and donât slam shut, has different levels for what you are cooking, smells first time on but quickly goes away, I have baked a loaf of bread out of a can, would drop it to 325 because it was a little overcooked but browned very nice. Pizza was evenly browned and have your item in oven as it pre heats, pans are easy to clean and is worth the money, if you have a large family I suggest you purchase the largest one and will not disappoint, this will work for me until the oven issue is resolved, I set this on my island when I cook to give it plenty of air circulation, donât want a fire hazard which this does stay quite cool even for baking for thirty minutes, itâs Emeril what else is their to say!!!!Okay so I would like to update I just baked a large can of biscuits used the middle shelf dropped to 325 degrees for ten minutes and placed on the baking sheet, they turned out perfectly!!! So lower the temp and cut items by 4 to 7 minutes!!!

This is the best air fryer!!! Disregard all the other reviews about door slamming (just be gentle when you close it), steam escaping (that is the whole point of air frying – if you want your food to come out crispy). I have had this one for a while now and can honestly say that it is the best one I have tried so far ,had a Ninja air fryer in the past that was a hunk of junk next to this one. The heat distributes super evenly so all you food is cooked uniformly, and in fraction of the regular cooking time. another best thing about this fryer is that it doesn’t get dirty. I have used it from bacon to wings and, as long as you wipe it once a week, it remains super clean. highly recommend it!!!
