Top quality Hamilton Beach appliance
Top quality Hamilton Beach appliance. Bought primarily as a rotisserie but excels at other things as well (thin sliced bacon – 5 min. @ 375°F).Could wish for a slightly larger cooking chamber but it handles a 6# chicken on the spit with ease (maybe a 7# or 8# if you use a meat sock.Easy to clean. Easy to use.First rotisserie use was a whole chicken, string tied, 60 min. @ 400°F. Push the button and wait.Nice crispy brown skin. Tender moist meat.This thing will get a lot of use.I like it !!!!

Good but can find better options around the same price
On the day I bought it, I made french fries and pork chops and both turned up well. My only complain so far (this is my second day) is that the touch panel is made of shiny plastic that scratches too easily. After my first use, I cleaned the finger prints with a damp soft cloth and scratches appeared. I recommend a tempered glass touch panel for persons like me, that enjoy keeping the products like new. There are other brands that have more accessories, provide a recipe book, and are around the same price. I only had a couple of choices and bought this product for it’s brand name and sale price.

Lo he usado tres veces, costillas, molletes y milanesas, todo con buenos resultados el sabor es lo mejor sin combinarse con aceite, no pudimos hacer papas al horno, pero lo seguiremos intentando

Me gusta mucho solo que la charola de arriba, cocina mucho más rápido los alimentos entonces aveces se queman; y lo de abajo están crudos, solo hay que tener cuidado y es un poco ruidosa, fuera de ahà me gusta mucho 🙂
