Better than I anticipated
This replaced a hanging light fixture in our dining area next to the kitchen. We are going for that Vintage Diner look and didn’t want anything hanging in our way. The stainless finish looks great with our appliances and really opens up what is very limited space. There is some assembly required. At times it can be a little tricky to get pieces going the right direction, but if you take your time it really goes together pretty easy. I assembled and installed this myself in about an hour and a half, but I am familiar with this type of install. An amateur handy person can easily hang this fan, but if you are unfamiliar I would opt for professional installation. The finish is near perfect and the blades have a deeper angle so it moves air really well for it’s size. The flush mount is really wide, therefore the fan is VERY STURDY. The blades slide through the body and attach inside as well. There is NO wobble to this fan whatsoever. It is very quiet and the remote control works perfectly. The only drawback to this fan is the light. We replaced a three arm incandescent fixture and this is not nearly as bright. We have another light and some windows near by so it is no problem for us. If you are replacing the main light source for a space any lager than 8×8 or have very tall ceilings, this may not be bright enough for your needs.Overall this fan is way better than I expected.***UPDATE***I just found out if you turn the light on with the remote and then push and HOLD the light button it operates the dimmer function for the light! With the light on high it actually lights up the area much better than before. Really love this fan. I am about to order another… lol

Quiet and Functional
My mom had an old school fan which stopped working and it took over a year to find a fan she liked. I installed this fan over a week now and I love it. I love it so much I am about to purchase a 2nd one for my apt. Itâs silent, the breeze is lovely and the light which comes with is super bright. When purchasing I didnât realize one of the feature is that the light can be dimmed. The instructions which came with the fan was super easy to follow and with the help of my mother I was able to install in less than an hour. The fan has a built in bulb which is not removable.Update: 2021Finally purchased a 2nd one but this time purchased it from Amazon Warehouse for $96.00. Great price point and installing was a breeze just like the first one. There was an update to the remote which I like better than the first one. The first fan is still going strong and the breeze given is strong and cool. Highly recommend if you are looking for something stylish, functional and quiet.Update 2022Purchased a 3rd one because it just makes sense. itâs quiet, esthetically pleasing and great value for the money.

Effective, surprisingly attractive, and installed by elves have done it if he hadn’t. So you could get lucky.
I purchased this for our small kitchen. We had a much larger fan that was very attractive, but over time it had developed some failures. This new fan is perfect. If I’m standing right under it, I can hear a steady hum. Otherwise it is silent (and I have excellent hearing). On high the breeze will move papers and scatter light things from the countertop. On low it still effectively moves air for cooling. Medium is, of course, Just Right. The light is dimmable and can be very bright; but we already have ceiling lights so would only use it for specific tasks. Last but not least, and this was a big surprise, the fan was installed by elves while I was sleeping.* I am super pleased with this purchase.*Update: Okay, it turns out it was my husband. But elves

Decent fan for the price, if you can get one with a working remote
I purchased this fan twice – once it arrived damaged, and the second time I got it the remote wasn’t working as intended. Sent it back and bought another one, but since I had it for about a month before I sent it back, here is what I know that might help: – The light is pretty bright – we had it in our 150sqft master bedroom and I did not feel like I needed more light. The remote acts as a dimmer – if you hold the light button it will dim the light, and if you hold it again, it will brighten it. – To me, this fan was VERY quiet – may be I don’t know fans, or maybe the people in the comments are very sensitive, but my wife is a light sleeper and she could not tell the difference between the fan being on and off. There are 3 speeds controlled from the remote, and a reverse switch located on the fan itself. – It looks very nice in a modern, clean way – it doesn’t jump out at you when you walk into the room and that’s exactly what I want in a ceiling fan. – The installation was fairly easy – just follow instructions. Holding arms up for that long will get pretty tiring though. Took me about as much as indicated – couple of hours. The WORST problem was installing the ban blades; the bolts go in at an angle and it’s difficult to hold the blade in place and the motor while trying to get the right angle to screw in the bolts, and because of how the blades go in, if you don’t HOLD them in place, they could bend and scratch the nice brush nickel finish. Now for the cons and things to consider: – The remote on our fan didn’t work properly, and it seems that’s not an uncommon issue. Our remote only worked about 6 to 8 inches away from the fan, which essentially made it worthless and may as well have been strings that you need to pull on the fan. But yours might work, so feel free to roll the dice. I gave up. – The light is from an LED that’s part of a large fixture, so if it goes out, you have to replace the entire light fixture inside this unit, which I imagine is only made by the manufacturer and they DID DISCONTINUE this item, so if the light goes out and you can’t get a new one, you’d have to replace the entire ceiling fan. But the good news is, it’s LED which should last a LOOONG time. – If you have 2 wall switches and you plan to wire this unit separately for the fan and light, then you should know this fan is not pre-wired for 2 wall switches, so you better be a certified electrician and be prepared to modify this unit by cutting wires inside it to try and jimmy-rig it to work with 2 wall switches. Otherwise, settle for one switch and control the light and fan separately with the remote (which will hopefully be working). – Lastly, this is a quirk of mine, but yet another con to add to why I ended up returning the fan. When you flip the wall switch, there’s about a 1 second delay between the flip and the light turning on. Might not sound like a major problem, but it does get quite annoying. Think about how long a second lasts – it’s not just a “moment”, especially if you consider how far into the room you can walk in a second (in the dark) after flipping the switch before the light actually turns on and you already stub your toe. Or, you can wait by the switch for the light to turn on and THEN walk in. Like I said – it’s a quirk, and it’s simply annoying, but something to consider.Lastly, I wanted to stress to follow the instructions – not just for installation but for the OPERATION of the fan. First time you turn it on, you have to hold the light button (at least it said so on mine), and THEN it will turn on.If it doesn’t turn on, try also holding the remote really close to the fan and THEN holding the light button, and if it works only then, go ahead and take a moment to cry, because that means you also got the fan with the useless, 8-inch-range remote, and if you want one with a working remote, you’ll have to disassemble the fan and send it back, because the manufacturer will be pretty useless for this issue – all you can do is buy another one and pray it comes with a remote that works REMOTELY.

modern ceiling
A flush mount 3-blade ceiling fan indeed a fantastic choice for upgrading your home! It not only enhance the aesthetics of our space but also provided effective airflow. It was a great choice for making it ideal for our ceilings.

Great fan! We have been looking for a smallish fan that was quiet. This is the one. Easy to install in 30 minutes with just a screwdriver. Easy to follow instructions. Very well engineered.Very quiet. At first there was a humming noise as the reviews we had read all said it was quiet but we soon realized you cannot have a dimmer switch controlling it which creates the problem. Quick trip to Home Depot to get a new normal wall switch. All is good! We are very happy. Remember no dimmer switch!!The remote is a very nice white color so they have updated that part. Looking forward to next yearâs hot summer but this time we have a fan.

Assembled in an hour quite easing (kind of like a modular assembly). fan gives a nice breeze and looks very sharp! The LED light is dimmable and gives a wide range from soft light to bright light. remote is handy ( dont lose it).I would highly recommend this fan and will buy another in the future.
