Surprisingly Good!!
I was VERY impressed with the build quality on this. The wheels and track slide unbelievably smooth. Have a 100lb insulated door and it just glides with ease. 9.5/10 would recommend.

Looks and Works Great – if you can figure out how to install it …
We wanted to add a sliding door over a hallway entrance. We scored a great second hand door locally, and I searched Amazon for a hardware kit to mount it. This product had good reviews and was certainly affordable, so I ordered it. It arrived promptly but imagine our surprise when we opened it and there were ZERO instructions included. I mean NONE. We read and re-read the product listing and visited the seller’s page hoping to find online instructions. There were NONE. Fortunately, my husband and I are super handy people with a combined 60+ years of building and remodeling experience, so we were able to figure it out, but it should have had to be guesswork, and it wasn’t necessarily intuitive. Happy to report we did have a happy ending – the kit looks good and works really well. The door rolls very smoothly and quietly and we’ve received a ton of compliments.

Know a few things if you want to do this yourself!
The product quality is excellent. it’s sturdy and went without a hitch but I also have extensive experience with woodworking but I can see it being a struggle if you’re not.One tool that I would say is a must is using a 12″ combination square to be very useful. You’ll need to measure the hole distance accurately but also from the top of the roller, which makes squaring the whole piece precise.With the large lag screws, you’ll want a halfway decent impact driver and drill a pilot hole. a 12″ or 24″ level is also going to help.It came with a plastic piece that bolts onto the floor to guide the door, but I’m glad I bought the sliding door roller guide as my setup cannot use the floor piece with it being concrete, nor do I want to drill into it.I would say the install process took about 30 minutes. Once complete, it rolls quietly. This keeps my studio area from the cats entering (as much as I love them).The rest is fairly basic but once done, yo
