Product Overview
The Kalorik Air Fryer Oven MAXX Advance Series is a high-capacity countertop appliance engineered to transform your kitchen into a versatile cooking powerhouse. With its impressive 26-quart interior, this oven is designed for home cooks who demand both performance and convenience—whether you’re air frying crispy chicken wings, baking a golden loaf of bread, or roasting an entire chicken. Powered by advanced convection technology and a dual-speed fan system, it delivers fast, even heat circulation that reduces cooking times while enhancing flavor and texture. Ideal for families, meal preppers, or entertainers, the MAXX Advance eliminates the need for multiple appliances by combining air frying, baking, and convection cooking in one sleek, space-saving unit.
Key Features
- Turbo Maxx Dual-Speed Fan System: This innovative fan technology provides two distinct airflow speeds: a high setting for rapid, crispy results—perfect for air frying—and a lower speed for gentler, more even heating during baking or reheating. The enhanced air circulation ensures food browns uniformly without hot spots, reducing the risk of undercooked centers or burnt edges.
- 26-Quart Extra-Large Interior: Offering significantly more capacity than standard air fryer ovens, this spacious chamber can accommodate a 13-inch pizza, multiple racks, or full-sized dishes like casseroles and roasts. It’s built to handle family meals, holiday feasts, or batch cooking with ease, all in a single appliance.
- Versatile Multi-Function Cooking: Beyond air frying, the oven supports convection baking, toasting, dehydrating, and warming—making it a true kitchen workhorse. You can bake cookies on one rack while roasting vegetables on another simultaneously, thanks to its multi-rack compatibility and adjustable shelves.
- Intuitive Digital Controls: The user-friendly interface includes preset programs for common tasks like air frying, baking, reheating, and dehydrating, as well as manual temperature and timer settings. Clear display indicators help you monitor progress and adjust settings with confidence.
- Durable Construction & Easy Maintenance: Built with high-quality materials, the oven features removable, dishwasher-safe racks and a non-stick interior coating for effortless cleaning. The tempered glass door allows you to monitor food without opening the chamber, preserving heat and preventing cooking interruptions.

Benefits & Use Cases
The Kalorik MAXX Advance shines in real-world kitchen scenarios where efficiency and versatility are key. For busy parents, it means preparing a complete dinner—air-fried chicken tenders, roasted potatoes, and a side of steamed broccoli—all in under 45 minutes. Home bakers will appreciate how evenly it distributes heat when baking cakes, pizzas, or pastries, thanks to the consistent convection airflow. Its large capacity also makes it ideal for entertaining: imagine serving a whole turkey, multiple trays of appetizers, or a large lasagna—all at once, without crowding or compromising texture.
Reheating leftovers becomes effortless with the dedicated warm function, which gently restores moisture and crispiness without overcooking. The dehydrating mode is perfect for making fruit leather, jerky, or drying herbs, expanding the appliance’s utility beyond traditional cooking methods. Because it uses significantly less energy than conventional ovens and cuts cooking time by up to 25%, it’s also a smart choice for eco-conscious households.
Unlike smaller countertop ovens, the 26-quart size ensures you’re not limited to single-rack cooking—you can maximize output without sacrificing quality. Whether you’re scaling up recipes for gatherings or simplifying weekly meal prep, this oven adapts to your needs without taking up excessive counter space.

Best air fryer toaster oven on the market
We live this oven…I have cooked roast, whole chickens, and fresh homemade bread and cakes in it and it has never let me down. Now I don’t have to heat up the entire kitchen to cook. Lived it so much I gifted it to my daughter’s… We all use it daily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Not Intuitive, but Delicious Results
This was a very frustrating thing to try to figure out as the buttons/interface does not work like standard kitchen appliances and the instructions weren’t the most clear. However, once I got it up and running it’s been quite the game changer for me! I did learn from some trial and error that this gets things cooked more quickly than a standard air fryer– which means food is done sooner! I also like all the trays and other items that come with this so you can practically cook anything in it.

Delivered damaged
Disappointing the air fryer came out of the box with large dents like it had been dropped twice before it went into the packaging. Delivery box didnât have any marks, or dents.

Frustration in the Kitchen: A Review of the Kalorik MAXX Advance Air Fryer’s Confounding Controls
As an avid home cook, I was excited to add the Kalorik MAXX Advance Air Fryer to my kitchen arsenal, lured by promises of healthier frying and convenient cooking. Upon unboxing, I was impressed by its sleek design and compact size, perfect for my modest kitchen space. However, my initial enthusiasm quickly waned as I attempted to navigate its perplexing controls. The first hurdle was deciphering the cryptic symbols adorning the control panel. Instead of clear labels indicating functions like temperature, time, or presets, I was met with a maze of obscure icons that left me scratching my head. Despite consulting the user manual, which offered little elucidation, I found myself resorting to trial and error to operate the appliance.Once I managed to power it on, setting the desired temperature and cooking time proved to be another exercise in frustration. The interface lacked the intuitive responsiveness I had come to expect from modern kitchen appliances, requiring multiple attempts to input the desired settings. This was exacerbated by the absence of tactile feedback, leaving me uncertain whether my commands had been registered. Moreover, the dearth of preset options further compounded the issue, forcing me to manually adjust settings for different recipes. While I appreciate the flexibility this theoretically affords, the convoluted controls made it a cumbersome process, detracting from the convenience promised by an air fryer.Despite these usability shortcomings, I cannot deny the appliance’s efficacy in delivering crispy and evenly cooked results. Once I managed to wrestle with the controls and set the appropriate parameters, it performed admirably in frying everything from chicken wings to vegetables, with minimal oil required. In conclusion, while the XYZ Air Fryer excels in its core function of cooking food with efficiency and crispiness, its confounding controls detract significantly from the user experience. Unless the manufacturer addresses these usability issues in future iterations, I would hesitate to recommend this air fryer to fellow home cooks seeking convenience and ease of use in their kitchen appliances.Pros:Efficient cooking, yielding crispy and evenly cooked results.Compact design, saving counter space in smaller kitchens.Easy to clean with dishwasher-safe components.Cons:Confusing and unintuitive controls make operation a headache.Lack of clear instructions exacerbates usability issues.Limited preset options hinder versatility in cooking.

Large Size, Double Spring-loaded Front French Doors, 14 Functions
This is the third air fryer I own. With each one I learn a little more about what to get in the next one. Because I want everything to be ready at about the same time, it is possible that I will use all 3 air fryers at once: a main course and two vegetables: I have been using 2 at a time. This Kalorik 26-quart is my largest air fryer with the most versatility. I have not yet used all the functions, but am happy with what I have used. My second air fryer has a rotisserie and I like cooking whole chicken and also did a pork loin. I did a chicken in the Kalorik, but I didn’t truss and set up the rotisserie perfectly, and yet the chicken came out great: moist inside and the skin was crispy. My chicken was just over 5 pounds, but I tell you that chicken MUST be under 5 pounds: I spent a lot of time reguiding my chicken through the cooking: the space inside is just not big enough if chicken is too big. With my other air fryers, I have to use a thermometer to check doneness. I used the Kalorik included magnetically attached holder for digital probe thermometer that plugs into air fryer and it worked great: my other thermometer uses batteries. Looking forward to trying the auto-cook feature of the probe. So far I am not loving the spring-loaded feature of the French doors as they snap shut if not opened fully, BUT I love the visibility and the push button light and auto when doors open. With most air fryers, there is no way to see inside except to open and then lose heat. There are 9 accessories which are great to have rather than look for them and to make sure size is right. This is not an easy interior cleanup (especially after the roast chicken which splattered chicken grease on all interior: was smoking a lot. Absolutely have to use the bottom crumb tray or you could destroy the bottom coils. After roasting chicken, it took some time to wipe down the inside walls, inside top and two glass doors. The next time I used the air fryer it was again smoking when heating up, so I turned off and wiped the top coils again before going on.Getting started to learn to use took longer than with my other air fryers as the icons were not so understandable or how to get from function to function and the levels of control. I have tried 7 of the 14 functions and they work fine with the pre-sets, but I have changed some temperatures, like the airfry which is 425F and that is higher than I usually set for my vegies which I adjust during cooking.I like the stainless steel interior, but it is not any easier to clean. Be very careful of the outside walls when using this device: they get very hot. Keep children and pets afar. My other air fryers do not have metal exterior but a heavy plastic which does not get hot.I love that all accessories are dishwasher safe (except the crumb tray).

Large Capacity Air Fryer
This air fryer will do cook a large amount at once. It has a strong fan that blows the hot air around the food and cooks or reheats efficiently. I replaced my toaster oven and air fryer with this all in one model. I gave it 4 stars because it is not easy to figure out. The buttons do not make sense and are not clearly labeled. I have just learned through trial and error.
