GREAT PRODUCT. WORKS WELL, NOT DIFFICULT. YALE APP works well.
Ease to installation: except not expecting the back of lock (inside to be so large. So your classic door that has (2 holes=1-Door handle Hole & 1-Deadlock Hole) usually 3″ apart but won’t work unless you drill new 2¹/⁸” hole for deadbolt hole. at least 6″ above door handle.Ease of Use: Yale App works great (also google assistant). Super fast no delay and integration with google makes this so simple to use.Security:I like I can give every family member their own made up code 4-8 digits and I can tell who’s opening the door at what time I can also give guest access from Monday-Friday and set times of day. Also, say Housekeeper from 9-11am access every Wednesday and it shows up on yale app or Google Assistant. I can even place DOOR IN PRIVACY MODE Where it locks everyone out until I take privacy mode off. You can remove any person with ease and add contact Information and have their own code. It really has great protocols for ease of use.VALUE for Money: YALE is expensive but Worth it, try set up price notification to let you know when on sale. this was thru Amazon thru the Yale Store $199 including wifi module $79 value and for same lock usually & $240-$270. Yale is expensive but you get what pay for. It’s worth it.Connectivity: Works on Apple IOS and Android, plus Google Assistant. My Samsung Note 10+ Android connected fast & easy no issues and it was super fast. No delay. When using thru YALE App you have to hold down for 2 seconds so you don’t accidentally unlock or lock it. There is an Autolock and Autounlock but I haven’t got this setup yet, but definitely going to.

Broke in a few months. ORIGINAL: Works but a pain to install and wasn’t actually NEW as stated
UPDATE 1-10-2025: lock died with the flashing X symbol on the keypad and no lock. Looking at reviews this is happening I g repeatedly because of a hardware failure. Yale is supposedly replacing it but no ETA and the new one will also be a ticking time bomb of failure. The lever arrived today and I immediately knew something was off, as the packaging wasn’t actually sealed. As I opened and started unboxing everything, it became clear this was a used/returned unit, as internal packaging was torn open, small parts boxes had their seals broken, and the device had several scuffs and fingerprints already. After realizing that Amazon wouldn’t exchange for the same item and the “new” price was now $30 more than I’d paid, I went ahead and did the installation hoping it worked. This was also a pain; the directions weren’t clear in several spots, and one set of the included screws just inexplicably didn’t thread in. Looking at the manual I was able to get the screw size and provide my own that worked perfectly. Setup after installation was alright and everything works in HomeKit and Yale’s app, though the overall entire unit just feels cheap; handles have very loose fits with no set screws or other ways to tighten them, the actual lock keyway feels flimsy in the handle, etc.All in all, its working and was literally the only HomeKit enabled lever lock I could find, but between the not so new “new” condition and overall difficultly, I won’t be looking to get another one of these or any Yale products.

    Great purchase!
This keypad remote door lock is great. Very well made. Heavy duty Easy to install and works great. I can open and lock my door remotely, allow family members entry with their own code. Highly recommend it. And is well worth the money. I tried less expensive once from Home Depot and had to rerun them. Cheaply made complex to install and did not function well

Very flimsy lever, bad wifi reception, and horrendous battery life
It works. I installed one on my house, and one of my gf’s house. She hosts Air B&B guests, so she enjoys being able to set their own code, and set the time for it to be active and deactivate. It’s nice and convenient for a lot of things. The battery life is terrible, partly I believe because if it hooks up to the wifi, it is constantly checking to see if it’s still connected. And at least with mine, despite being about 15 feet from one of the mesh repeaters, it’s always losing signal. When it’s good, it goes weeks without a problem. But then some days it loses and regains connection 15 or 20 times. And the handle… Maybe the handle itself, material wise, is plenty strong, but the tolerances are so loose it’s comical. Honestly, it feels like it’s broken. Yale really needs to give that a look, because I don’t imagine it would be particularly difficult to just rip the lever off, and pry the whole unit off of the door with a screwdriver. But despite the complaints, I still like it. And it seemed like the best/most full features lever lock available.

This is the third time I buy these locks.
Very reliable, install and forget them. Works well with Airbnb automation, setting up code, opening from distance. Highly recommended

Search and ad description says wifi protocol but once you are almost done installing, step 11, you realize there is an extra smart module / chip not included. But nowhere in their product copy they clearly communicate this “smart module not included, sold extra”Evil/toxic sales practice.

El app de Yale , no está disponible en Mexico, asi que debes instalar una versión anterior, cuidado al comprar, antes verifica que tu telefono puede instalar la aplicación.

I use this to prevent my kid from opening the doors to the basement. The auto timeout lock is great so you don’t have to worry about locking it after use.I wish their wireless module doesn’t cost an arm or a leg though. Why do they want to set the cost for the module so high and hard to find is something I can’t understand.
