Overall much happier with this than my 6 quart basket air fryer.
I’ve had one of the air fryer lid attachments for the 6-quart instant pot for a year now and I’ve had a 6 quart basket air fryer for about six months. I’ve been using this toaster style air fryer for about a month now. All three work good but I prefer this toaster style one.The one with the basket is pretty frustrating to clean the inside bottom of the the part of the basket that holes in it. Part of what makes that frustrating is that you have to have your arm at a pretty good upward angle to reach the bottom. With this toaster style you can clean the bottom with your arm horizontal which is much easier. There is also a drip tray for the toaster style which has caught the majority of the drippings each time I’ve used it. Being able to remove that to clean all that is much easier for the cleaning than with the basket kind and there is always very little that needs to be cleaned from the bottom of the air fryer itself. The other air fryers I have don’t have a preheat function and you just have to guess if you’ve preheated them enough. This one has a preheat function but I’m not sure if has any kind of heat sensor to be able to tell if it’s up to temp. or if it just works off of a time for how long it should take to get up to temp.. If you cook something in this and it isn’t done cooking at the end of the cook time you have to go through the preheating process again to cook it longer. You also can’t add time to the cooking timer after you’ve gotten the cooking started. To cook whatever longer than the time you set it for you have to wait either wait for the cooking timer to run out and set all the settings with that additional amount of time or you could probably press CANCEL and do all the settings for the time that was left along with the additionalCooking with this does take longer than with either of the other air fryers but I can fit what I could fill both of those with (using both of those 6 quart air fryers at the same time) into this one at once. That leave both of those other ones available for cooking other things while I cook something big with this one.One last bit of advice. There are 4 bulges on the inside walls on both sides. In between those bulges make up the slots where you’re supposed to slide the cooking trays. There are 3 of those slots. The top of that highest shouldn’t really be used as a fourth unless maybe you’re cooking something on that tray that is very short (such as maybe potato slices to make potato chips rather than meat patties to make burgers). I found that out the hard way. I put burger patties up there and it was tough to slide that tray back out because the tops of the burgers were hitting the underside of the top heating elements. I also wasn’t sure if I that was damaging the heating elements but it did cause a good amount of smoke.

Amazing product! Far better than ones for twice the $$$
Am so pleased with this. Easy to use, perfect toast, love the curve in the back to fit bigger dishes. The air fryer option is simply amazing, and cooks perfectly! I cook a lot, and this has met my needs perfectly for an incredible price. Was skeptical at first to buy a brand I wasn’t familiar with, but when I saw the same one at Costco I was sold, and got it $20 cheaper on Amazon! I couldn’t be happier. Takes much less time to preheat than I thought it would, the one negative review I had read. People sometimes don’t realize how important this step is to properly cook your food. My ex is a 5 star chef and I learned from the best! Buy, buy, buy! I am giving an independent review without any compensation. Too many people are willing to take time to complain, but rarely to praise a great product.

    The story so far…
Likes: the clean stainless look of it, big display, seems to cook evenly, well lit inside, not complicated, it will continue cooking when you open the door (to stick a fork in it)Dislikes: You can’t alter the heat once the cooking process starts, no preheat bypass, loud beeps on settings, no beep volume lowering or mute option, top and back outer surfaces have no insulation (radiates alot of heat here), it will continue cooking when you open the door (i have kids).overall, my first impressions are good. it seems to me like the preheat function overheats it to get to temperature fast, then comes down. maybe why all the “runs too hot” comments. I’m sure we’ll learn her personality and make it work. I’ll append this review as i use it. have not air fried yet. see videoAlmost a week of use now… fish sticks and fries air fried great! toll house cookies baked perfect, but set to 350 not 375 per the recipe. they are right, this thing does cook a bit on the hot side. but figuring it out. more to come…

So many features! Way better than a big oven!
Love this toaster oven! It looks sleek – we leave it on the counter because we use it just about every day. We do a lot of baking in it, cookies, brownies, cake, biscuits, etc. It does fit a 9×13 pan (without handles). We air fried frozen french fries & they turned out perfect! Used the connection oven for meatloaf & pot pie – turned out great also. Also works great for heating up leftovers as well. One thing I wish it had was more ranges of temps to bake. Range is 275 – 425°. A lower temp would be nice to keep warm. Then I had a recipe that called for 450°, so I had to allow more time. The convection oven, however, has a range of 150 – 450°.It does seem to take a long time to make toast tho. (Just need to allow extra time for that). All in all, we love it! Not a big learning curve to use the functions, fairly easy. I love the inside light and the clock display!

    Exceeded my expectations!
After reading all the reviews, (on this brand and then some) I was a little skeptical on some issues. I have to say, so far, this airfryer has exceeded my expectations!Yes, you need to preheat, 5 minutes, but I just put in food when it’s preheating and lower my time to cook.Yes, the outside gets hot. However after several uses, it’s not as drastically hot, just like your brand new toaster did when you bought it.Yes, listen to others when they say to clean it after each use. Mine didn’t look dirty but low and behold, little miniscule oil spots/splatters showed up during next cook time and don’t come off the trays.Yes, the controls seem a bit overwhelming at first, now it’s second nature to set.I’ve used the airfryer function mostly, pizza and bake and it’s done everything I’ve expected and more!Great little unit for a great price.

It has a lot of great functions including air fry. The controls are easy to use, the capacity is phenomenal and it’s quiet. Quite intuitive. However, the manual is very detailed or useful. I like the light – turns on when you start, and again when the time is about up so you can easily view the level of brownness of the toast. Timer for toast is in minutes and you can set the power level. I found default works well. The size is perfect but the stainless steel is not shiny or easy to shine. I like the wide crumb drawer, I covered with foil and all spills are captured. Overall very happy with it, would highly recommend. It’s not a well known brand but it’s great !

I did a lot of research on numerous toaster ovens prior to making my purchase and I am pleased to say that it actually not only met but exceeded my expectations. I really liked the features of the pre-warm with bell when ready, oven light, timer for cooking along with auto light just prior to finishing cooking time. Please note that it is a large toaster oven and that you do have the room but it is worth it. It is large enough to cook for a family of four, four different oven racks and room for larger dishes to fit for cooking. Have not used the rotisserie as of yet and the air fryer twice. I made some home made chicken finger tenders and they were crispy without using any oil whatsoever. I will have to master the timing though using the air fryer. I did watch a YouTube video and I did find that helpful even though a full manual is included. Good value for the price.

I’ve used this for just over a year, and I use it almost every day. I haven’t use my regular oven since I got this.I wanted something that can air fry, be a regular toaster oven, and the dehydrate feature intrigued me.The controls are a bit finnicky, but the unit works very well. It’s a good looking unit, doesn’t feel cheap. The white display and metal finish makes it look more premium.I expected it to sound like a jet plane when it’s on, but it’s reasonably quiet. A bit louder than a microwave.A couple things are annoying; it beeps excessively when an air fry cycle is done, but beeps more normally when a toast cycle is done. Don’t know why.Once you set a time and temperature for, say, air frying, and you decide it needs more time, you cannot just “add” minutes once it’s started. You have to stop it and re-set it. For some reason, it has to pre-heat again even though it’s already pre-heated for the previous time. The bottom tray is impossible to clean. I tried dishwasher, metal brush, oven cleaner, engine degreaser, even acid. After a few uses, just accept you’ll never see that bare metal again. Also, grease and crumbs get stuck in the gap at the bottom of the door. Also impossible to get clean without presumably dismantling the door. Ain’t nobody got time for that.A couple tips:- If you want to just reheat bread or pizza, switch it to convection and press start on the default settings. It heats up your food just fine on the pre-heat cycle.- If you’re air frying anything greasy like raw chicken wings, put them on some foil or use a pan. Don’t just put them naked in the basket. Otherwise all the grease will drip on the hot elements and it will smoke like hell.I also bought this unit for the dehydrate function as I like to make jerky. I have not tried this feature yet. Hopefully I can edit this review in the future.Annoyances and cleaning issues aside, I’m very happy with the unit and I recommend it. Others are saying how it takes so long to pre-heat, I don’t find it that bad. I usually cook the same 5 or 6 things in it, so I know to turn it on early, just like if I had to boil a pot of water.

Only dislike is it takes time to reach temperature and then you must press start to begin the cooking. I’m lazy and am willing to put the frozen bread in while it is warming and just let me know when it is cooked.Otherwise, the Air Fry rocks big time for so many things, especially toasted cheese bread: evenly toasted with nothing singed and ready for the spread butter to soak in and my goodness it is so perfect. There is no Bagel setting, but we just use broil and it is perfect. We have not tried the rotisserie as we prefer beer can chicken on our Kamado BBQ.It is big enough for a pizza pan for frozen pizzas, but there are so many things that benefit in reheating with air fry to render hot and crispy.

This little oven is amazing, I don’t have a lot of counter space so I replaced my 4 slice toaster with this oven, it doesn’t take that much more space and it toast beautifully. Most of the time it’s just my husband and I that I am cooking for so instead of using my big stove oven for example to cook a couple of chicken burgers, I can just pop them in there and there done in no time. Only used the air fryer once to cook some frys and they came out nice and crispy and with no oil used. As with all things there’s some trial and error, I baked a bunt cake and burnt the top, think I had the pan to high in the oven, will adjust lower next time and maybe put a piece of parchment paper over the top. All in all really enjoying it.
