Great Stools!
First, these arrived way ahead of schedule even though we had to ship them to a somewhat remote location in Maine so that was a huge bonus. We chose these for our newly renovated kitchen and the quality and durability of the wood and rattan material is excellent. Assembly was not complicated and took about 20 min to do 4 stools. These look exactly as they did online and the size is perfect for our island iwhich is 36â tall. Could not be happier with this purchase and the price was excellent.

Molding and/or wood stain issue
I love the look of these stools, and they are quite comfortable. However, after only about 3 months, either the stain is coming off, or the wood is starting to mold? I have them sitting on my back deck, but mostly covered under our bar. I didnât think this would be an issue (given that these are outdoor stools). Iâm worried about their durability and disappointed that they are not holding up better.

Broken
This pair of benches arrived broken and the seller is unresponsive to finding a resolution. One is in perfect condition, the other has a broken leg piece. Packaging was completely sound – they must have packed the broken leg because nothing else showed any damage. This is annoying. I ordered a second identical pair from another company today. They benches are cute and inexpensive, more the principal of not taking accountability for damaged products. As inexpensive as they are, I would like either a refund or a replacement.

Easy to assemble and can tweaked the screws on logs to level legs and comfortable. We building a new house and these suit perfectly. Not great pics as we still in active construction trying to finish up but hopefully you get the idea. I would buy these again for sure.

Waiting time is a little bit long but the product is really good! The real product looks much better than the pictures and it is very easy to install, thinking to buy two more for my home.

Wobbly once assembled, with one leg significantly too short. Also, very difficult to assemble with the bolt hidden behind the seat, and only access with a small allen key. The part that required a screw chipped easily when tightening. Not a great experience, will have to return. Didnât want to build the second one or try to shim the first one to make it straight.
