Great Stools At A Great Price!
We purchased 4 of these great stools on Amazon Prime Day for the great price of $77 each (dark gray, 24-inch seat height). All 4 stools arrived in 2 days, well packed, and in perfect condition.These stools are made of solid wood and metal construction with a thick plastic like distressed barnwood coating/stain over all of the wood parts. The dark gray seats are covered in a smooth, thick cloth. All of the assembly bolts are high quality, and all of the bolt holes line up perfectly. All 4 legs are nearly the same length (within a couple of millimeters), and the stool does not wobble if the legs are adjusted properly during assembly.Assembly is easy, even with just one person doing it. I had all 4 stools built in a little over an hour and a half (including unpacking them). All 17 of the assembly bolts are blister packed and labeled, along with a 4mm, 5/32″ Allen Wrench. I did not use the Allen Wrench, and used a 4mm Allen socket and a 3/8″ ratchet instead, in order to speed up the assembly process. When attaching the legs, be sure not to over-tighten the bolts, as this will definitely warp and/or crack the leg support blocks. There should still be a slight gap between the leg and support block when properly assembled. Also, make sure to keep ALL of the leg bolts loose until final assembly, or the metal foot ring will “seem” to be too large of a circumference for the 4 legs. Once everything is assembled, then go back and tighten all of the leg bolts. The back rest requires a large Phillips screwdriver to install the 5 attaching bolts. Also, make sure to check the tightness of the 5 pre-installed bolts on the rear top of the back rest, as I found a few of them to be slightly loose. Once assembled, the stools are all great looking, wobble-free, and they swivel smoothly.Overall, I highly recommend these stools. They look great, and seem very sturdy and durable, but only time will tell on the overall durability aspects. If anyone is looking for some great bar or counter height stools, then look no further than these excellent stools.

Beautiful and solid chairs!
I would have given them 5 stars but I ordered 4 and 2 of them had rough spots on the chair back which could potentially snag clothing. All of the chairs have a section of tiny holes, almost like where they go through the press or something. Where the holes are, it needs to be sanded, one for looks and two for roughness. One that I kept isnât as smooth as Iâd like but I can live with it. The chair is super solid, the seat and depth of the back is perfect so those with larger behinds can still be comfortable! I really like the footrest too because people will use the wood piece to push off from or put their feet, allowing for the wood to be broken. So the sturdy metal footrest is awesome! I bought the matching table and two stools, thinking I could put two chairs and two stools on each side to minimize space. Two chairs canât sit side by side if your space is small, due to the footrest and placement of the table legs. The chairs will have to sit a ways away from the table to make it work. You canât push the chair up tight to the table, even with only one per side, which was disappointing since my space is small. You can place a chair on each end and those will hug the table. The stools and table are solid too! For less than $800, I have a beautiful dining set thatâs sturdy and most of all, beautiful. Amazon was great with my return too and a shout out to Ashley Furniture for this great set. However, please fix the chair backs. I bought two counter height chairs and thankfully, those backs were smooth but they too have the tiny pinholes in the same place.

These bar stools are not only gorgeous, theyâre heavy duty sturdy. I love that the backs arenât too high above the counter height. Iâm a 65 year old female retiree and had them fully assembled in about 15 minutes for each stool. I chose this brand and style because my mother has had the same stools in her kitchen for a couple years now and sheâs had no problems whatsoever. with hers. Theyâre holding up quite nicely. Itâs a very classy farmhouse look. Iâve seen cheaper versions of this stool, but Ashley brand is top quality and durable. I would highly recommend this bar stool. The price is very reasonable for the quality of Ashleyâs product.

Love these quality barstools! They are eye catching but also heavy and sturdy. The back and footrest make these stools comfortable for guests sitting in them for long durations. The swivel is smooth and rotates a full 365 degrees. It took two of us about 30 minutes to put one of these together. Directions are straightforward. These are great for hosting!

Excellent value for the price. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They look expensive and seem extremely sturdy. Easy assembly; as other reviewers have noted, leave leg bolts very loose until you have installed the ring footrest. Also, if you swivel the seat during assembly of the legs, you can find a spot where the longer part of the Allen wrench will clear and turn 360 degrees.They look great in our kitchen and Iâm very happy with my purchase.

It was relatively easy to put together as instructions were clear and hardware parts, etc. were well sorted and packaged. There was an issue with one leg being 1/8 inch shorter than the rest. A bit confusing as one might expect that all legs would be factory cut and inspected. This was overcome by using a second floor pad on the short leg, however, it would be nice to have the one leg replaced with one of the proper length.Delivery time was great – being ordered on a Wednesday evening with delivery promised for the Saturday. Package actually arrived on the Friday.

I’m a 51 year old women ,I put theses stool up myself ,at first I thought the metal ring was wrong/default but then I loosen the legs and adjusted ring then tighten legs last and it worked ,I was frustrated for first stool due to that but the rest was easy , theses are gorgeous stools love them.
