Product Overview
The Lyridz Rechargeable Battery Night Light delivers smart, hands-free illumination for everyday nighttime navigation without compromising comfort or convenience. Designed as a compact, energy-efficient solution, this 2-pack set is ideal for bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, staircases, and other indoor areas where subtle lighting enhances safety and ease of movement. Powered by a built-in lithium polymer battery and USB rechargeable technology, these night lights eliminate the need for disposable batteries while offering up to 10 hours of use at maximum brightness (20 lumens) or 25 hours at minimum (1 lumen). With stepless dimming capabilities, motion-sensing activation, and a warm 2700K glow, they provide just the right amount of light when you need it most—without disrupting sleep or wasting electricity.
Key Features
- USB Rechargeable Design: Say goodbye to constantly purchasing and replacing AAA batteries. Each unit fully charges in approximately 3 hours via standard USB and provides long-lasting performance—up to 10 hours at full brightness or 25 hours on low. This sustainable approach reduces waste and ensures consistent operation with minimal maintenance.
- Stepless Dimmable Brightness: Enjoy total control over your lighting experience. Press and hold the button for smooth, continuous dimming from 1LM to 20LM, allowing precise customization for any environment. Alternatively, tap once to select one of five preset brightness levels: 1LM, 5LM, 10LM, 15LM, or 20LM—perfect for adjusting to different times of day or room conditions.
- Smart Motion Sensor Technology: Automatically activates in complete darkness upon detecting movement within a 120-degree field and a range of 10–13 feet. The light stays on for 20 seconds after motion ceases, then powers down to conserve energy. For constant illumination—such as during extended tasks or if the sensor isn’t suitable for your space—you can switch to ON mode and keep the light running continuously.
- Comfort-Oriented Warm White Illumination: Featuring a soft 2700K color temperature, this light emits a gentle, non-intrusive glow that illuminates paths without causing glare or eye strain. The semi-hidden LED bead design further reduces harshness, making it safe to use near beds or in shared living spaces where bright overhead lights might disturb others.
- Flexible & Secure Mounting System: Thanks to a built-in magnet and an included adhesive patch with a textured iron surface, these night lights adhere firmly to metal surfaces like refrigerators, filing cabinets, bed frames, and more. They also work well on flat, clean non-metal surfaces such as wood, plastic, or tile—offering versatile placement options for renters and homeowners alike.

Benefits & Use Cases
This dual-pack night light excels in environments where consistent lighting isn’t practical but safety and visibility are essential. In bedrooms, its soft glow supports late-night bathroom trips or reading without fully waking you. On stairwells or narrow hallways, the motion-activated feature helps prevent slips and falls during early-morning walks or sudden awakenings. Its compact size makes it perfect for under-cabinet kitchen lighting, inside closets, or along baseboards where traditional fixtures won’t fit. Because it only operates when motion is detected in dark conditions, it consumes far less energy than always-on alternatives—reducing both your carbon footprint and utility bills over time.
Additionally, the magnetic backing allows easy repositioning, which is especially useful in rental units where permanent installation isn’t allowed. Whether used individually or together, these lights offer reliable performance without the clutter of cords or frequent battery changes. Their intuitive controls make them accessible even for children or seniors who may struggle with complex devices.
Important Notes
Each package contains two identical night lights, each equipped with its own rechargeable battery and mounting accessories. For optimal adhesion, apply to clean, dry surfaces free of dust, grease, or oils. While magnets provide strong grip on ferrous metals (like cast iron or steel), avoid using on painted, anodized, or non-ferrous metal surfaces (such as aluminum or stainless steel). Note that the motion sensor only functions in complete darkness—it will not activate during daylight or in brightly lit rooms. Regular charging every few days is recommended if frequently used in AUTO mode, though standby power draw remains negligible.

Fantastic. Good design and brightness options
We have had a few different brands of auto night lights and this is the best.1. I love the brightness selector. We keep at lowest level for bathroom, so you don’t get blasted with bright light on night bathroom trip, just enough to see, not fully wake you. We keep it at brightest for our stairs. I placed just one at the end of each stair landing/turn and they perfectly go on as you approach each turn.2. The recharge cable. No need to go through tons of batteries, you can plug in to charge. So far we’ve been using for a few weeks and haven’t needed to recharge, except for once my kids took one into Their bedroom and turned it on the entire night, that needed a recharge.3. The ease of access to recharge. So it comes with a 2 sided strong magnet sticker that you stick to the wall. Then the light magnets to thst so you can easily grab it to go charge it or to change the settings (on/auto/off, and then there is a touch button that you hold your finger on and it will dim up or down in brightness)4. Small unobtrsive design. This is not a giant eyesore. It’s small and delicate in shape.5. The autonsensor range has worked perfectly for us. Thisbdepends on placement and your space of course but it’s got some good peripheral sensor you don’t only have to be directly close right in front/narrow. It’s been perfect for us. 1 in each bathroom and a few on our stairs.I have no cons.

Work well; worth the money
These small magnetic rechargeable lights have been worth it! Iâve now bought a third set of 2. They have been used outdoors to light a dark stairway. They have withstood moisture, heat, and cold. They are bright enough to light the steps, but dim enough not to blind you while your eyes adjust to the dark. They are sturdy, have a long battery life (a month+ of daily use without a recharge) and have proven durable in indoor and outdoor, wet and dry, hot and cold conditions. I love that they are magnetic and also come with small ferrous metal plates that can be adhered to non-ferrous surfaces. The design and the gentle lighting activated by motion makes me feel like Iâm living on a space station 🙂 I love that they shut off automatically and that they stay lit long enough to be useful. Better than someOf the cheaper options I have purchased in the past.

Small, easy to use, saves batteries
The quality of these lights is good. They were easy to set up where I needed them. They are lightweight. You can adjust the light but I wish they were bigger. I have a problem with vision and need more light. I can see where the dimmer lighting would work. I was surprised at how far away you can be and they will still turn on. One of them is 13 feet away from where my husband crosses the room. He can’t go by without me knowing because my light goes on. The motion detection works. I’m glad they are rechargeable because we have recharged them twice. I want to save on using batteries for the environment. Plus there aren’t many places you can turn old batteries in to be recycled.

Great Product
These work great! I had a plug in light in my bathroom that reflected way too bright into my bedroom. The motion piece of these definitely work and they are the perfect amount of bright. I have two in my bathroom so in the middle of the night I donât need a light. They hold a very long charge too depending on use. I have two cats so they are set off quite a bit.

Perfect Little Lights – PetSnowy Savior
Perfect little light holds by magnet & is rechargeable. Perfect size, operation is simple & no-fuss. Great light & can easily change from brighter to dimmer light w/ just a touch. Easy to remove for charging & comes w/ its own cord. I have an expensive PetSnowy self-cleaning litter box that only 1 out of 2 of my kitties will use because one is a literal scaredy cat. Iâve had to keep another box for her bc she refused to go in w/out being able to see whatâs in there lol. After just a moment of installing the light, she was curious enough to actually look & go inside. These inexpensive little lights may have just saved the day. 🙂

Perfect
have been using these lights for almost two years now, and they are working perfectly. I wake up (too) many times throughout the night to use the restroom, and if I were to turn the regular lights on, that would pretty much wake me up to the point where I’d not be able to return to sleep. Having one of these lights in the bathroom is just what I need. the soft light is just perfect, it does not ‘blind’ or wake me up. We’ve put one in each bathroom. They last a very long time until they need recharging, and recharge fast and easily. Highly recommend them!

Bright little light
It is small but bright. Like the magnet attachment (instead of velcro or command strip) makes it easy to remove to charge it. NO batteries to deal with – it is rechargeable! Has 3 settings – off, on and automatic! SO can shut off if going on vacation, on if need it, and the sensor will turn it on automatically when it senses movement. So far, love it! Great for a bathroom or hallway, esp if you want to put it in a place without an outlet. HIghly recommend.

Convenient
I added these lights to my bathroom so I wouldnât have to turn on the main lights every time I go at night. Itâs definitely convenient when it works, but sometimes the motion sensor doesnât activate, which is frustrating. Iâve noticed it lights up on some trips, but not consistently every time. The light only has one brightness setting, and while itâs useful, I often find it too bright, especially for nighttime use when I want something softer. The adjustable brightness feature sounds great in theory, but it doesnât seem to dim the way Iâd hoped.Overall, itâs a decent product for what I need, but the inconsistency and overly bright light hold it back from being perfect.

Product is nice, small and inconspicuous. I have placed it on the skirting board opposite the bed. I have switched the side button to âautoâ for motion detection and dimmed to the dullest light setting. This works well with getting out of bed at night. Just enough light so as not to blind you in the dark or wake your partner. It does not go off by accident with sheet movement. Can be used as a night light with the âonâ setting.
