Compact, good lighting and more sensitive to motion than others (in a good way)
I have purchased several different types of these lights from Amazon and so far these are my favorite. I prefer this type of light (using traditional AAA batteries) over the rechargable type. This is a personal/convenience preference to not have to worry about taking the time to plug them into a USB when the batteries run low.While these lights are smaller in size compared to others I have purchased, I believe they actually give off more light. I mainly use these types of lights in my closets and cabinets. It’s amazing the difference having them in a closet or cabinet makes when you are going to quickly grab something! Since they are motion activated, they pop on as soon as I open the door and provide enough light to easily see what I am looking for. I also noticed that these are more sensitive to motion than others I have tried. For example, I have several in our pantry which is a coat closet sized space. I added two of these Star-Spangled brand pucks and I don’t have to wave my hand in front of them like the others to get them to go on. I will be purchasing this brand going forward.

I really needed these lights because I had to leave to go to work at 5am and I didnât want to turn on any big lights and wake anyone up. The color is bright enough for the stairs and even when Iâm off the stairs. Itâs just enough light so you can see, but also not wake anyone else up. The battery life is good as long as you donât sit in front of the lights. My daughter always sat on the first step so that light went out pretty fast. Aside from that the lights are great, easy to use and they are made perfectly for stairs.

I received the motion sensor light during the day, and after inserting the batteries, it seemed like it wasnât working properly, so I was quite disappointed. The product didnât seem particularly sturdy at first glance either. However, after installing it on the stairs and seeing it work perfectly at night, I completely changed my mind about returning it. It lights up the stairs every time I go up and down in the dark, and Iâm very satisfied with it now.

Perfect to Light Dark Areas
I just received these lights and was beyond pleasantly surprised. For six lights for $13.99. It was a bargain. The only thing is each light needs three AAA batteries.I use these to light up the basement stairs for when my cat goes down at night to his litter box. And it has been working out perfect. The batteries are easy to place and the adhesive that is on the back of the light seems to have excellent ability. Iâve only used four so far and looking for where I can place the other two. I would highly recommend these lights.As soon as you put the batteries in it lights up so you know youâve installed correctly and it is a sensor light so they are not on all the time so you will not deplete the battery. Once it detects motion in the darkness, it lights up for just the right amount of time.

I love these. I put them on my stairs, in the hallway, in the bathroom, pantry… It’s nice to know that I don’t have to turn on regular lights to go down the stairs or going for a snack. Two Lights Defective – The Rest are Fantastic!
These lights are good god bright which is exactly what I wanted. I purchased the Cool White. One light doesn’t come on at all when batteries are inserted. The batteries won’t fit in the other light.Customer service gave a speedy response and a partial refund. Will purchase again.

Original order was lost so I called to have it replaced. Immediately I received a replacement and a day later, the original shipment arrived. I contacted Amazon customer service to ask to be charged for this second shipment because the lights were as we had expected them to be and I had decided to keep this second delivery. They are bright and accurate as to movement and proximity. One caution, place them where there is no direct visual contact as they are very bright. Under the kitchen cabinets has been the ideal placement for my purposes. Also inside some of my deepest cabinets where they provide good lighting. Very pleased with this order.

We live in a cabin in the woods with solar, so these are a nice addition on dark days when we’re trying to save power 🙂 also great for late night bathroom trips. Our fridge is running on only propane, no power, so we’ve put one in there too and it’s working perfectly. the backs are nice and sticky, and haven’t fallen down (yet?) Only downside is that they don’t have an off switch. There’s another 3 pack for the same price that has it, which would be good during the day for saving the battery but other than that I’m pleased with these for the price.

Unbelievable solution to my wife’s nagging about our dark stairwell. No wires needed. These lights are very simple but very effective . Lights will stay off in daylight . These battery-operated motion detection lights are amazing. Triple-A batteries are not included. I purchased one to light up a dark closet. I soon found they were effective in areas that I had not previously thought about. Lights only stay on for a minute or two, so I don’t think they will use up much battery power. One star was deducted as one of the 6 pucks was not working.
