Cuisinart MCP-7N Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel Cookware 7-Piece Cookware
I LOVE this cookware!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this stuff is. I already have a high end waterless cookware set that my husband purchased many years ago. To give an example as to how high end and to compare to the Cuisinart set – the waterless cookware set i have had now sells for in the over a thousand dollar price range for a whole set. My old set had nothing physically wrong with it and it still works well and looks good. The problem is when i make sauce or rice or just about anything in it with the lid on water or sauce or whatever sprays out of it onto the stove and sometimes the floor. I also wanted something new for a few other reasons.I did a lot of searching for a stainless set that was at least as good of a quality to what I already have without the high price tag. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this Cuisinart set. When i recieved this Cusinart set i was pleasantly surprised at the quality. This stuff is heavy duty and very well made. I think it will last a lifetime. When cooking with it i noticed that things actually cook faster than with my old set. The instructions say you don’t need to put the stocve on the high temps when cooking. I am used to putting the heat up on high for a boil to get things like water or stuff that doesn’t stick easy to get cooking faster. With this cookware there is no need to do that and the end result gets cooked faster than with my old cookware without the spray on my stove.I have not put my cookware in the dishwasher yet although instructions say that i can do so. I did get a little spotting on inside of cookware after using and then washing, but it really is no big deal and does not affect anything at all. I read that you can use bar keepers friend or bon ami to clean the spotting off. I haven’t tried it yet.All in all this cookware is very nice and looks nice too. I am very pleasd with my purchase and have added a double boiler and the 2 quart pan to the set.

    gorgeous and sturdy cookware
Great feel, style and functionality. They are really thick and hefty – more like a professional weight cookware. Great browning and even heating. You do need to relearn to cook on low-medium heat (as with all stainless cookware.) And yes, cooking an egg requires oil in the pan. The brushed metal exterior is easy to clean to a high polish. I love that all lids fit snugly and that the large pot lid also fits on the frying pan. The handles stay cool to the touch, so no need for a pot holder when cooking. Love these. I have them on display above my stove as they are so stylish and classic. I hope to have for many years to come.

Good compromise between price and quality. (4*’s)
What are we comparing these to? The expensive stuff? If so, then 1 or 2 stars, obviously. But this is a comparison of the price to value ratio, my dudes. The price is cheap for what it is. One year later and they still aren’t broken. HEAVY USE. 4 stars.

Exquisite Pans. The best I’ve ever had
I didn’t want to spend 800-1000$ for All Clad pans , which I truly desire. So upon deep research I found these. The reviews were fantastic. I read every review and watched several YouTube tutorials and I’m so glad I did. For the price these pans are just perfect. They heat evenly. Melted butter doesn’t slide to the sides. They heat up fast and stay hot and evenly hot. I can finish cooking in the oven too. They are very heavy and they clean up beautiful with soap and water or I use a little Bon Ami. I love cooking again. Every time I cook in them I feel special =)

    Great Cooking Set
I’ve used the pan a couple of times, and so far, it’s great! My ex used to have an expensive stainless steel cooking set, and this one is very similar in quality. It’s true that all stainless steel sets tend to have issues with stains and food sticking. However, if you preheat the set to the right temperature before cooking and use vinegar to polish it after cleaning, it will be perfect.

When we moved to an Induction Cooktop we had to replace our set of pots. I looked at many options – All Clad and Made In are very nice but so expensive! Cuisinart pots were of a good quality and seemed to be a reasonable option. I didn’t want to go with the cheapest and I can’t afford the most expensive option – this seemed to be a good mid-range choice and the reviews have been good. I’m very pleased with these pots and the induction cooktop! I find the secret to cleaning them is a) wait until they have cooled before putting them into the sink to prevent any warping, b) soak with warm soapy water, c) clean with a plastic scrub brush with handle. They come out very clean. We do sometimes have residue and minor discolouration due to the calcium in the water but if you rinse with vinegar/water, it comes right off. Definitely recommend!
