Nice starter set of pans
I bought these for a new Airbnb and they are perfect for what I needed. Most people donât cook much in the Airbnb so I didnât want to break the bank on pots and pans. These have worked really well for 5 months now, only showing slight wear. Iâm not sure how well these would hold up to daily use though.

I was not expecting much for the price however I was pleasantly surprised. They are definitely not top of the line, but I am pleased with my purchase. And yes, Iâve already had a burn and clean up was quick and easy soap water.

Decent Cookware
Since buying these we have used them quite a bit. The pan is of good size and because its stainless steel it is decently non stick. I like that the supplied lids have the vent hole to keep liquids from boiling over. These are not professional weight pots and pans but I think they heat evenly and do a good job. Good product.

Works on hot plate
We received a new induction style cook top/hot plate for the office and needed magnetic pots/pans to use on it. I found these with decent reviews and inexpensive. They are lighter in weight than I expected but we only use to heat up food. I tested and they work. 2 stars off because the 2 lids do not fit the pans, only the pots. If they were for a home I would have returned for this reason.

Crap
I already said that these are the worst pans ever. They are supposed to be stainless but there isn’t a mark on them at all on the bottom, they were scratched and the handles looked like they were melted. Plus very very light thin crap. They look and feel like aluminum. I returned bought some that actually show on the bottom that they are stainless steel.

Das ist kein High-End-Kochgeschirr; das ist aber eine sehr solide Grundausstattung für die Küche mit einem ganz respektablen Gesundheitsprofilð¿: frei von gefährlichen Nonstick-Chemikalien. Plastikfreiâ unnd damit backoffentauglichâ !
Das absolute Highlight ist der âºDampfgarerâ für die schonende Zubereitung von Gemüse (oder Reis für Koji für die anspruchsvolle traditionelle japanische Küche). Ein Dampfgarer gehört in jede Küche, stellt meine Liebste gerade besserwissernd fest… Unsere alten Bambus-Körbchen fallen schon auseinander. Es war die höchste Zeit für einen neuen plastikfreien Dampfkocher.
Meine Liebste legt den Dampfgarer mit einem Mulltuch aus Bio-Baumwolle aus; darauf kommt dann das Gemüse oder der Reis. So liegen die Lebensmittel nicht direkt auf dem Metall, damit die Vitamine und andere Nährstoffe beim Dampfgaren erhalten bleiben.
An den beiden âºPfannenâ habe ich nichts auszusetzen. So eine unkomplizierte Pfanne wie diese beiden hier in diesem Set habe ich lange gesucht: Einfetten, erhitzen, passt. Aggressive Säuren vermeiden und man kann eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Zur Reinigung etwas Natriumbicarbonat auf ein feuchtes Tuch geben und schon geht Angebranntes beim Einreiben problemlos ab (im Ãbrigen: der menschliche Körper macht selbst Natriumbicarbonat während der Verdauung und ist daher mit dieser Substanz bio-kompatibel). Kurz auf den Punkt gebracht: Wer gesundes Kochgeschirr sucht, liegt hier genau richtig.
