Great bed!
Although it took a while to assemble, this bed is perfect for our three grandchildren. The bed is solid and the stairs are safe! No ladder on this bed. Looking forward to years of happy faces with this bed!

Worth the buy
My man and I did a lot of research on bunk beds because we obviously wanted our kids to be safe as well as fit comfortably in one room. We donât have regrets on choosing this one. Itâs so durable and convenient. Definitely saves a lot of space too. Love the drawers on the steps. Only thing was my husband had to tweak the trundle part a bit for it to slide in better

Love this bed!
This bed is so great if you need more beds for kids. The steps with storage make it easy for my 2 year old to go up and down. He sleeps on the bottom bunk and just loves it. My daughter sleeps on the top sometimes. Love the 3rd bed for when we have other kids/family sleeping over. Fits great in my sons rooms which is probably a 10×10 room. Very sturdy. We had to buy an extra railing for the top bunk because the mattress was the same height as the rails but that was no big deal to us.

Takes time to install
The installation instructions are not clear enough, especially when you get to the step to differentiate between the twin/twin and twin/full, which could waste your time to assemble and disassemble and assemble again. Also the design could be improved to make installation easier, especially the connections and the choice of screws. This one takes a lot of time. There aren’t many support holding the top bed, I am a little worried about it. Also, the corners are too sharp which may easily hurt your feet. Having said all that, once installed, it looks nice.

Awesome company
I bought the full over full version of this bunk bed. It is really sturdy and is great quality. The wood is a lot nicer than I thought it would be. I appreciated that the instructions were easy to follow and that it shows how to put the stairs together for either left or right side assembly. It does take a while to get it all up but I expected it to. My kids love it! There were quite a few pieces that had some issues that I contacted the company about. They immediately sent me a new box with replacement parts. I honestly am very happy I chose this company (Polibi) to buy from as there are many companies selling this exact same bed on amazon. Their customer service has been above and beyond to make sure Iâm happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy from them again. If youâre on the fence about buying this bunk bed or from this company, you wonât be disappointed!

Overall this was a good set and I like it so it gets 5 stars, but…
My set had 2 holes missing (not drilled) and I had to drill them myself. Luckily I had started assembly about 20 minutes ago and hadn’t gotten too frustrated to handle a drilling. Assembly went fine mostly after that – a few unclear directions because they use the same instructions for Twin over Twin and Twin over Full. But, it went fine… until the stairs. The stairs were a little confusing because the pre-assembled bits were poorly installed. You don’t find out until you try to put the drawers in and they snag on every screw. Then you have to disassemble if you can’t fit your drill in there. I would suggest checking all the screws before assembly on the drawer rails… then again they were supposed to be doors and not drawers so I was already confused. Whatever – it came out great and several people have asked me already for info on where to get it. Oh, also the rollers on the trundle don’t roll well on thicker pile carpet. I have a Swedish-ish trundle that the wheels roll much better on my carpet.

Instructions are vague.
Instructions were horrible and werenât in depth. Parts had numerous missing numbers. Beware of the first 5 pages of the instructions. They are confusing and misleading. Overall the bunkbed was put together okay and Iâm happy with the bed so far.

Very Poorly Constructed, Top Bunk is NOT Secure
We very nearly sent this bed back but after hauling it up 2 flights of stairs we decided to fix it and just live with it. There were holes drilled in the wrong places, staples randomly in the âwoodâ causing damage, very poor instructions, cheap hardware that constantly stripped and had to be repaired or replaced, itâs all cheap and modular so there are unattractive holes showing, and top bunk sits on 4 cheap pegs. Thatâs it! Nothing securing it but cheap pegs and gravity. All in all I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a bunk bed. I am going to have to make modifications to make this safe for my children.
