Beautiful non-stick pans!
I absolutely love this set. It has such a great variety of baking and stove top cookware. I found it to be a great value. It is a wonderful color, and I think the hammered look is so cool. Not only is the set beautiful but they are completely non-stick and so easy to clean!

Excellent Cookware
This is my second Gotham Steel set. I love it because itâs easy to clean, very durable, dishwasher safe, and non sticking. It comes with a steamer attachment that I absolutely love. I think Iâm going to order one more and Iâll be done for a while. lol

Good for the price
Great so far but there is a scratch on one of the pots and I donât use any metal utensils just wooden ones. So donât know how it got there. But other than that I like them.

Food doesn’t stick. No need to do additional seasoning, it’s already done. Cleans up easily. I just wipe it out. Looks great too.

NO STICK PANS
These pans are great. If you read the instructions on the best way to use them, I think they will last forever. I tried stainless steel….fail. I used every trick and tip I could find and everything I cooked in them would stick. Not these pans. I only hand wash, takes 2 seconds. No metal utensils, low to medium heat and NO non stick cooking spray. I poured a little olive oil in the pan… no stick.I used a little butter.. no stickI used nothing this morning, fried eggs.. NO stick.So far, they are great. I cook twice a day, so even though I’ve owned them a short time, I have used them a lot.I took a picture of the pan after I cooked the eggs and right after I cleaned it. Even the bottom of the pan still looks new. I’ve used this pan about 10 times already.

Look lovely, work slightly less well than other nonstick pans I have used.
Pro: They look great hanging on my pot rack.Con: The pan I use the most is the small omelette pan, and my eggs stick a little bit every time. Not as bad as my french Mauviel’s, but still – I feel like there should be no sticking at all. I don’t plan to return them, but just word to the wise.

Be aware with Gotham steel when cooking on an induction stove, not to cook on high heat. The temperature is lower because induction stoves donât require with Gotham steel to be at high heat. This is a fantastic set! Besides, you save on energy if you cook on lower temperature. It cooks as fast as pots on high temperature on gas or regular electric stoves. Worth the money to buy it. ðð itâs also worth noting when you look on the box, it clearly states itâs aluminum. Aluminum is thinner so donât use high heat on induction stoves.

Saw these and impulse bought them without reading the description fully. Didn’t realise you can’t use them unless you have a convection cooker. No good for a gas cooker. The price seemed good, at half price, so I thought, they’re at least half that again now I’ve bought them.

These cleanup the best of any set I have ever owned. They also distribute heat and cook evenly (in frying pans). Any stuck food just comes off with a rinse and light brushing in the sink. Don’t even need a cooking oil spray when frying most times.Absolutely love the hammered copper look.Only drawback is the LID handles can get too warm to use your hands to remove. They are insulated from the glass, but still absorb heat. Oven mitts or equal are needed. The pot and pan handles are fine for heat.First time owning a stove top steamer, it works great for veggies and also shellfish (clams and scallops).Love the bakeware items included… the loaf pan and large baking sheet. Again, food just releases off it.
