Nice Lock but Has Limitations
Edit: Added a star to my review. Customer service responded to my feedback. It is possible to lock the door by holding the # or with a code. Great customer service!I ordered this for my garage door as my previous door handle was failing and I was looking for an easy option for a family. The handle and lock look really nice. Installation was very easy. I bought another set for another exterior door. I had a few missteps installing the first sets , my fault as Iâm not very handy, but when it came time to install the second it was a breeze and only took 15 minutes. The set comes with an instruction booklet but I found the installation to be the most helpful.While great, there are a few limitations. The only way to lock the door from the outside is with the key or from the app. I would have liked to put in a code or use my fingerprint to lock the door. You do have to be near the door to lock it from the app. The fingerprint sensor is a bit sensitive and hard for a child to use. The app auto generates codes that are long and hard to remember. I had read that you can set custom codes but I havenât been able to figure it out yet.All in all, Iâm happy with this purchase but would like to see the company take user feedback as I have seen other users looking for better ways to lock the door from outside.

Smart Lock That Makes Life Easier
installed this door lock to replace our old deadbolt and its pretty handy for everyday use! setup took about 30 mins with just a screwdriver and the voice prompts walked me through everything. been using mainly the fingerprint scanner and keypad – both work quick and smooth. really like having multiple ways to get in especially when my hands are full with groceries. the app setup was pretty straightforward and its nice being able to check if the doors locked from my phone. few things to consider tho – took a bit of practice to get used to the keypad at night (its not super bright which is good but needs some getting used to), and sometimes the fingerprint reader needs a second try if your fingers are wet or dusty. battery life seems good so far – been using it heavily for three weeks and still showing full power. door alignment needs to be pretty spot on for everything to work smooth – had to adjust my door slightly during installation. keypad buttons feel solid and give good feedback when pressed. the mechanical key backup is tucked away nice but easy to access if needed. makes coming and going way more convenient than fumbling with keys. those anti-peeping features work good too – can add random numbers before your code and it still works fine. just remember to keep track of your backup key just in case and maybe get some good batteries cause cheap ones might not last as long.ââââââââââââââââ

I received this item over one year ago, and I wanted to use it for some time before leaving any sort of review. I’ve had bad experiences with electronic smart locks, and I wanted to really give this several months before I left any sort of verdict on it. I then proceeded to just forget it was even there, or rather that I was meaning to leave a review for it, which is a great sign as it has given me absolutely ZERO problems. It does exactly what I need it to do, and it’s done so flawlessly.I put this on my back/side door, which leads me to my garage backdoor, which I found was a good way to test a new lock that I didn’t have 100% confidence in.. This door gets used every single day by me, several times a day, and everyone else who is going to the backyard but it has the benefit of not being a main “target door” for thieves as it’s somewhat obscured.I can’t say that I’ve explored every feature this offers but everything I’ve used, it’s worked. A few highlight features for me are: Fingerprint access and auto lock. I use them both every single day. We’ve added several unique fingerprints for family members and friends. The keypad recognizes the fingerprints in no time and has never failed on me. If it’s failed on anyone else, they haven’t mentioned it.The auto locking feature is great. You can also adjust the auto lock for whatever you’d like, as far as time goes, I believe you can set it up to auto-lock up to 15 minutes. I set it for 3 minutes and this is something that I’ve checked on several times out of paranoia. It’s always worked.The “passage mode” is not something we use very often but we did use it at least once and it worked great. It just keeps the door unlocked for free coming and going. It worked well for when we had a BBQ, and we had guests going in and out throughout the day.The battery life, it’s okay and it’s the reason why I am giving it 4/5 stars. It uses 4 AA batteries, and they say it can last up to 6 months. I’ve had to change the batteries twice so far but they seem to last about 4-5 months for me. I’ll probably have to change them again soon. It’s a small con for me but it’s still a con.So, overall, I am happy with it. I really wish the battery life was better but it’s good enough. I just set an alarm on my phone to remind me to change the batteries every 4 months, and I think that’s an okay solution. Otherwise, everything else has worked perfectly and I am very happy with it. I’d recommend it.

Easy installation
To my surprise, I was able to install this the moment that it arrived. Mainly because the instructions were really easy to follow along and I didn’t have to cut any holes in my door in order to make this work. The whole thing took me less than 45 minutes from start to finish because I was reading the instructions along the way. This did comes with 3 keys, which works out because we now have a spare. That was also the first thing I tested before I started installing this on my door. All 3 keys did work as they should too. I was able to set up a pin fairly quickly too. The other thing I love about this is that I installed this months ago with the 4 AA batteries I had and I have not had to replace those.

Very good , pictures are very clear. It is little tricky to mount the case, you need to be careful of the screw heads else they may strip.

Really good and reliable product, got it installed in minutes without any issues. You will need to purchase a hub if you want to get all the integration options available to you. In particular, I was looking at a remote notification if anyone unlocks the doors. Also, the integration with Alexa was a key feature for me but it took some time to get going. That said I worked with very knowledgeable and helpful support and we found a way to make this work. The lock is full of great features and can’t think of any other possible use case that you would not be able to implement with this product. The only feature I find missing is a notification when someone opens the door using a physical key. Since Alexa integration was the primary reason I bought this particular model I need to give it a 4 out of 5. If it wasn’t for Alexa it would have been 5 out of 5. I hope this help

The touchscreen doesn’t work that well and isn’t that sensitive. It continuously blinks when it does want to turn on and the app is just ok. It seems to think it’s on 0% batt life on brand new batteries, so that’s weird. It doesn’t do anything, but make sounds when I unlock via the app, so right now, the electronic function is virtually useless. Still have to use the physical key to lock/unlock, which totally defeats the purpose. Granted the door it’s on now does need to be shut firmly in order to lock, but that doesn’t excuse the unit for not even attempting to do what I need it to. If this situation improves, I’ll update my review, otherwise I’ll just say this lock is not functional for it’s purpose for now.

Had an older model that worked well.. forgot the code and thumb print didn’t work.. lost the keys.. had to drill it out.. good products for price.
