Quality product
After looking in 4 different stores for stools, I found these that both my husband and I liked. They came via FedEx and packaged professionally. All items were shipped and wrapped. It was very easy to put the stools together except putting on the foot bars. If you have an electric drill it is very easy. We purchased one after trying to screw them in by hand. The stools are a little hard but they are beautiful! Absolutely love them for our island seating.

Really pretty chairs
I purchased 4 of these bar stools for our kitchen renovation project. I loved the color of the seats (I think it was a creamy gray?) and the pictures on-line showed how nicely they were sown – even though it is faux leather. They look very attractive in person and they are very comfortable. My initial order did have some problems. But in conversation with the seller-distributor of these chairs, I was able to work out the issues to my satisfaction. The legs are very easy to attach to the chairs, but the difficulty came when I was trying to screw in the cross bars for the feet rest. I had a great deal of issues. We were able to work this out with the seller and although it is not easy to screw the wood screw into the holes, when the chair is complete, it is very attractive. Also the stickers that tell you how to match the legs and cross bars are very difficult to peel and wipe off the chairs legs. BUT, I have to say that the CHITA Customer Service Team is probably one of the best I have ever encountered in my on-line shopping. They really want their customers to be happy and I thank them for their help. They even said that they were discussing the sticker glue issue with the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend these chairs if you are looking for a nice swivel, and comfortable padded seats that are easy to clean.

Good looking. Not as comfortable as Iâd hoped.
These are going to be used around our peninsula in our new kitchen remodel. I was a bit disappointed to learn that no color swatches were available so I ordered on faith. The grey color seems to have a hint of a green undertone but is going to work well with our walnut cabinets, green backsplash, and quartz countertops.Assembly was easy and I do appreciate the metal bar on the front step to help provide protection.The seats are soft but seem substantial. They are, however, completely lacking in lumbar support. But, these arenât seats that Iâll be sitting in for hours, so Iâm not overly concerned about that. The overhang of the seat also seems larger than I would expect, so it seems like me feet donât have a natural place to rest (Iâm 5â7â). Iâve found that if I pivot the seat to an angle and put each foot on a different cross bar, itâs better for me. Friends have tried it out and described it as âvery comfortableâ so it may be very individualized.

Nice stools and company sent missing parts right away
They are very sturdy counter height stools. the swivel works smoothly, just like you want the swivel to work. The performance fabric is very nice! The stools are heavy but not too heavy.The thing I like most is the depth of the seat. It supports your legs. Your legs are supported all the way out to your knees and your legs donât dangle and cut off the circulation after a while.The seat is firm. I was expecting it to be soft but as it turns out I like the firmness. The seat cushion is thick and I think it will hold up for a long time. I have been using one for a week.They got everything right with this stool! If I could change one thing I would make it an inch shorter for my counter height but There is a crossbar for your feet, so it is good.They look nice and well made. If you have an electric drill with a Phillips screwdriver and a rubber mallet they are fairly easy to assemble.The assembly instructions are correct and they include a little wrench to tighten the bolts.One stool had all of the parts but the other had two legs that were the wrong legs. I contacted the company and they sent me a new set of legs right away. It took about a week for the new legs to get here. They communicated promptly and customer service was good!I got the performance fabric and I can recommend this stool and this company.

Great overall counter stool
We are extremely happy with our purchase of the stone grey counter height bar stools! We tried the creamy grey – which are quite elegant with the smooth leather, but it was a touch too beige undertones for our kitchen and delicate looking with a house of messy kids. We also tried the retro grey which was a bit too dark grey. The stools arrived in excellent condition. They are extremely comfortable. The swivel isnât the easiest to rotate, but I see that as a plus so kids arenât spinning them non-stop. The backs do not extend too high above the counter to obstruct a view and gives a clean line to the large island, yet is plenty high enough to provide good back support. The legs are a very dark espresso color – in some light it looks black, some dark brown. There is a black metal bar on top of the front cross bar so shoes/feet donât wear down the wood. They seem very solid and they are a good quality for the price point. Very satisfied with our purchase!!
