Great product
My old Panasonic microwave died after 10 years use, so was happy to see that Panasonic still sells microwaves. I got the 2.2 cu ft so I could use it more often. Great product.

2nd hand
I know I received a used microwave. No film on keypad and circular disc that holds glass plate left inside oven to bounce around entire shipping time. Box damaged both sides upon delivery. I want my money back or a NEW microwave

Very Powerful
We had spent a great deal of time looking to replace our 38 YO microwave. We went to several box stores and all they had were the small units. We saw this one and it was slightly larger that what it replaced, which was great as it would fit in the space we had. It has a warming feature which we really like especially with take out that needs to stay warm until we are ready. The unit is very powerful and we don’t use the top settings or the entire warming time. The unit looks great and is so easy to operate. Our only complaint is that it is louder than our old unit. Out cat after a month or so is now finally accustomed to the sound level.

Doesnât last as long as older ones
I had the exact microwave for almost 20 years. When that one died I of course purchased another one. It only lasted 4 years. I did buy another one since I really do like it and I am finding that all appliances have a shorter life than older ones.

Great microwave with minor annoyances
This is a great microwave. Amazon reviews I read about the inside of the oven being too dark to see when using the unit were extremely exaggerated. The oven’s internal LED light is more than sufficient. The oven’s negatives have to do with child proofing the oven. This Panasonic microwave replaced one that had choice to use a code that would lock the oven and not allow use without entering a code or operate without entering a code. This unit does not require a code for childproof operation…it is always in a childproof mode. The “0” button must be entered after heating is finished. Seems like a child could open this much easier.
