Worked out great!
Install was easy, instructions were clear. Great hardware. Very sturdy.I felt like the bolts could use blue thread locker. Besides that, everything was actually perfect. My kids were able to basically build it themselves.We assembled from the ground up, ignoring where it said to build the top bunk off to the side. The room was too small to do that and I think you’re better off doing it from the ground up like we did. Once you check off the parts list… it’s really pretty self explanatory from there. But the instructions were very well written. They made sense.The parts were clearly labeled and well packaged. The box is extremely heavy (says 95lbs in the listing but it felt heavier).No reviews yet but we thought we’d check it out. Glad we did.My kids love it. They ended up being excited to share a room, partially because of the cool bunkbeds, that use their existing full size mattresses. The height of the rail (because of the depth of our mattresses) was a concern at first. But actually using it, if you were to roll over the mattress compresses at the edge and you’re going to feel the bar. My son just puts a body pillow on that side and sleeps near the wall and it hasn’t been an issue.Just add some Locktite to those bolts. Then, have your kids tighten everything, ensuring nothing is over tightened. 😉

Easy to put together
This was fairly easy for me and my son to put together on our own. The only downside was the coating on some of the pieces had already start to flake off, so I am a bit concerned it may start rusting soon. Otherwise very sturdy and no complaints from the boys. I would have loved if the ladder was able to be hung from a preferred spot as well. My son won’t use it in the current position.
