Easy to install and perfect brightness
I live in a super old house and it doesn’t have convenient outlets or 3-way light switches near the stairs, so I wanted battery powered lights to replace the effective but inconvenient phone flashlight navigation method.Pros: The lights are bright enough to make a safe path in a dark house, placed every three steps. The motion sensors work well, and the individual lights seem to chain trigger themselves up or down once the first one lights up, which is a fun effect. The adhesive strips (3M) are strong and accidental bumping doesn’t move them. It’s easy to slide the plastic casing off of the backing for battery change, which i haven’t needed to do yet (a few weeks since install).Cons: None of these were enough of a problem to effect my positive opinion, but it could be for some people. The bright white plastic casing stands out dramatically on stained wood and darker than white paint colors. The motion sensor is absolutely sensitive enough to be tripped by pets. In fact, one of my cats seems to think the lights are a game. Hoping that doesn’t turn into a giant battery drain. I could have mounted them higher and avoided this, but if your pets are taller that may not be an option. And last, stair railings do seem to block the sensor. This might be a plus in some installs, but my stairs are against a wall with an approach typically from the side, so the sensor doesn’t react until someone walks around to the first step. A dark house with cats is always dangerous to walk through so I’m willing to overlook this.The price seemed fair, the packing and instructions were good, and installation took a few minutes tops. As long as performance and battery life continue to be strong, I highly recommend these lights.

Great! Very bright.
Love this! Good looking on the wall, runs on batteries (3xAAA) so it goes anywhere you want. The built-in light sensor makes sure it only comes on in the dark.Very bright; I actually put some red vinyl tape over the LED to dim and soften the light. Experiment with placement before you settle on a location; the motion sensor works better in some directions than others, but it works. Super great for the bathroom.

Best motion sensor for evenings
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have them installed in my hallway and in the bathroom. The light is just the right amount of light so I can see where I’m going without turning on the main lights. The motion sensor is very responsive and picks up movement from a good distance. The light also lasts for a good amount of time after the motion has stopped before it turns off.The only downside is that they are not very effective in daylight. They seem to be more sensitive to movement in the dark than in the light. This is not a major issue for me as I mainly use them at night.I would highly recommend these motion sensor lights to anyone who needs a bit of extra light at night without having to turn on the main room lights. They are definitely worth the money and I am considering buying more for other areas in my house. Despite some negative reviews, I am glad I took the risk and purchased them. They have been a great addition to my home.If you’re skeptical like I was, my advice would be to give them a try. You might be pleasantly surprised like I was. They are simple to install, work well, and are not overly expensive. Just remember they work best in the dark.

Impressed with the Handy Features
This product is good because the motion sensor feature is top-notch and offers easy nighttime navigation. The stick-on feature is super handy, which comes with automatic illumination. However, I wish the battery life could be extended a bit. Also, the light brightness could be improved and the stick-on adhesive quality could be stronger. Despite these minor drawbacks, it does serve its purpose well.

Excellent for under bed, front door, kitchen
UPDATE: 2/25/2024 – I purchased another box of three for myself. I love this product!! It works really well. I purchased 2 more for gifts for my friends!!I put one under my bed, one at the front door and one on my kitchen counter. These battery operated motion detection lights work perfectly! As soon as I step out of bed, the light goes on. See picture. I did not have to adhere any of my lights to the wall, I just placed them where I needed them. I have one on my kitchen counter so as soon as I walk into the kitchen, the light goes on. I don’t even need to turn on a light switch when going in the kitchen refrigerator at night. That’s going to save me money. Not needing to use electricity. The notion detection at my front door is excellent too. I don’t have to fumble around for light switch, especially when carrying boxes into my apartment. The size is not too big and not too small and the light is not too bright and not too dull. I did not purchase the lights with a switch for different brightness. I don’t feel it’s necessary as these work perfectly fine. I highly recommend these! I don’t know about battery life because I just received them. But I do not mind going through AAA batteries over turning on a light switch.

No Outlet Needed!
These work great! No outlet needed! It comes as a 3-pack. We lined them up from the bedroom to the bathroom for night time runs. Bright light that senses you quickly. Goes off on it’s own. My Dad said these are a game changer. He turns the TV & lights off at night to go to bed and can easily move through the hallway to the bedroom with these little lights. They come with screws or 2 AAA batteries.

Canât figure out the sensor
Very easy to install. Give off a decent amount of light. However, I cannot figure out how the sensor picks up movement. It is supposed to have a 10 foot range. I put 3 sensors in my L-shaped hallway – 1 at the entrance, 1 where it turns, and 1 at the other end. The sensor at the beginning only turns on when Iâm more than 10 feet away from it near my couch. If I stand next to it and wave my hand in front of it, it does not work. The other 2 seem to work for the most part from any direction but at a much closer range. And then itâs even hit or miss. I expected more from something made by an Anker company.

Niby niepozorne lampki, a jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego zakupu. Dlaczego? Bo nie doÅÄ, że można je przykleiÄ np. w korytarzu albo na schodach, by nie trzeba byÅo zapalaÄ tam ÅwiatÅa, to jeszcze majÄ czujnik zmierzchu – nie ma wiÄc obaw o szybkie zużycie baterii. I tak, to bateryjne zasilanie też sporo tu daje, bo wystarcza na naprawdÄ baaaardzo dÅugo.

The detection capability is as per the specification, accurate and stable. The ambient light sensing is perfectly set out-of-the-box and is consistent. So simple yet so effective! I bought these to take on a cruise and also for my bathroom at night so no need to use main light. So good that Iâve given one to my daughter and sonâs girlfriend.
