Fantastic, enormous, and comfortable!
I must admit being somewhat apprehensive when choosing a large sectional sofa online, since reviews are really all that can be relied upon, but we love this gargantuan set!There is zero assembly, just carefully cutting the airtight bags open. Do be careful though, I nicked the edge of the ottoman, though that’s no fault of the manufacturer. The sections spring to life quickly—kids would love this part—and are ready to use very quickly. I didn’t notice any off-gassing, which was a great relief!The base is strong and firm, but still light and easy to move, but the surface and pillows are very comfortable. It’s a great couch to doze off on, and could easily be arranged to make a makeshift bed.Despite reading the dimensions, we were amazed at the size! This could easily be two full-sized couches, and seats several quite comfortably!With foam furniture, I always worry about cleaning, but it’s incredibly easy to clean this sofa! The pattern looks very nice, and stands the test of time.My delivery came in two batches of large boxes in two days, no delays or mishaps, which is always appreciated with 5 separate boxes. Kudos to the company for smooth delivery! A bit heavy for one to carry a long distance, but that was my choice—just get a dolly if you need to move the larger boxes far.We haven’t moved since buying it, but I imagine wrapping in a plastic or moving blanket would prevent any rain, mud, puddles, etc.Highly recommended! A great sofa that will undoubtedly stand the test of time.

Worth the wait, very firm and comfortable
We purchased the 8 seater sectional which came in multiple shipments on different days, and I want to share an honest review for anyone who may feel unsure during the first couple of weeks.When the first pieces arrived, they were extremely firm and supportive only a couple of hours out of the box. Some of the later pieces took longer to fully expand and felt slightly different at first, which made me skeptical. However, after giving all sections enough time to fully decompress and adjust, every piece is now very firm, supportive, and comfortable. It took more than a couple weeks for them all to be at the same firmness.Nonetheless, once fully expanded, the firmness is consistent across the entire sectional. It does not sit low, does not sink, and rebounds immediately when you get up. It provides excellent support, even for us heavier individuals, and feels solid and well-made.This couch definitely needs patience, but once it’s fully settled, it’s a great purchase. I’m very happy with it now and would recommend it to anyone who prefers a firm, supportive couch.

I love it! It’s BIG so anyone looking to make sure it’s high enough off the ground.. it is., there’s plenty of space for everyone:) It’s firm .. but comfy. Great purchase and I got it a week early! 🙂 in three batches from fed ex . Super easy you open it and it fluffs right up! It looks great in my home 🙂

Nice couch!
I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars out of an abundance of caution, as I have only had the set for 3 days, and feel that I can’t make a complete assessment after such a short time. So far I am pleased. The shipment came in over the course of 2 days. I received all but 1 piece on the first day and was a little concerned, but received the final piece early the next day. I also contacted the seller just to check in and they answered promptly and assured me that it was on it’s way. I should also mention that the set came in 4 days early, which was great because my daughter was in from out of town and ended up sleeping on it. The set was packed well and easy to open. It was great to not have to assemble anything – I simply removed the plastic and POOF, the couch sprang to life. The materials is soft and seems very sturdy – like it would not be easy to tear or snag. The color was very nice, and matched perfectly with my flooring, which was a relief because I was very undecided on whether I should go with the grey or camel, since my flooring has tones of both. I am very happy that I went with the camel. I am also super happy that I went with the 8 piece set – the two larger couches (equivalent to 4 seats), 2 seats, and 2 ottomans. It also came with a ton of pillows which was nice. The set isn’t cheap or light – it has some weight to it, so the foam is pretty dense it would seem. You really have to push it to set it up. It’s awesome that it can be arranged in so many different ways. It is very firm, which I expected based on other reviews. I imagine that it will “soften” up a bit over time. I am happy that it is so firm, as I don’t feel like it will lose shape very easily. The only flaw that I have noticed, was also mentioned by one other reviewer and that is the back rest of the chairs are not evenly matched. The two large pieces are the same height on the back – however the backs of the smaller seats are both about 2 inches shorter than the larger seats. I can’t say that the smaller seats will not expand more – since I have only had the set for 3 days – so I am hoping it will. There are plenty of large pillows that rest against the backs of the couches/chairs – so it is easy to keep that hidden. I am not super picky with details like this – but if you are expecting perfect alignment right out of the gate – I don’t think is going to be the case. I actually slept on it last night and I had a great night of sleep – so it’s great for lounging about, and large enough to spread out and sleep on if you wish. I don’t notice any strange odors or chemical scent. I tried it in many different layouts, and am happy with what is show in the pictures. The set is very large and can probably seat at least 6 people comfortably. Oh, another thing – I was worried that it would be too low to the ground – but it isn’t. It is lower than a “regular” couch, but it’s not weirdly low. I would give it a solid thumbs up at this point. Hopefully my opinion only improves over the next few months. Lastly, I paid $999 for the set, which I think is a fairly good deal considering the mammoth size and overall appealing aesthetics. If you nervously reading reviews like I was – I would recommend giving it a shot. Although – I suspect it would be extremely difficult to try and return something like this because it would be impossible to re-compress it down to a shippable size.

Finally, he got all the pieces.They all came in separate days, but got the full couch.Looks beautiful.My kids and wife love it.Great addition, very comfortable and sturdy.I will say, I wish they would add some additional footage to the back rest.But other than that , we love this couch

Very nice couch. It fill up pretty quick and was firm to sit on after about an hour. Awesome layout set up options available. The softness of the feel was amazing out of the box. Easy set up. Remember be careful full with knives while opening. It was ready to set up instantly. No stains to compare right now but the fabric seems easy to vacuum or clean easily has small cracks to just swipe up with an attachment on a suction hose easy clean up. I’d like to add that I bought a similar chase lounge and was very pleased with the results.
