Exactly what I was expecting. Great customer service.
I bought 8 of these to replace 3 double-tube fluorescent fixtures in my kitchen. The builder had placed the fixtures in a large recessed box in the ceiling which worked out pretty well for the new LED panels.The panels arrived in two boxes of 4 panels each. The boxes provided excellent protection and all the panels worked perfectly.The only hiccup was when we accidentally dropped some panels and cracked two of the translucent plastic covers on the front. I contacted the seller and tried to buy new covers. They couldn’t sell me new ones but sent me some old return units with good covers at no cost. I swapped the covers onto my known-good lights and all is well.I’m a very happy customer.

Great LED for the price
I have a drop ceiling with old style suspended lights. These were perfect fit (2×2) very lightweight and brightness is great as well. The only thing that could be improved is the well where the wires go. It should be longer even in the 2×2. The 2×4 seems to have a longer well. Wiring is the same so not sure why the well could not be longer. Other than that they are perfect.

I received the fixtures in a very timely fashion. The first fixture I installed flickered upon energizing then went out. After re checking all the connections, I replace the first fixture with a second one. It worked and so did #3 and #4. Nice lighting. It took me 45 minutes to get a human being on the customer service line and after explaining that I had one fixture that did not work, I was told that the only way that I could get that fixture replaced was that I would have to pack up all 4 and send them back. WHAT A STUPID WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Tell me I am wrong.

I only installed 2 of the 4 so far, so as others have said they found 1 not working, I can’t attest to that. But, of these 2, they work great and were fairly simple to install. No real issues, and they look nice.

Only One LED panel failed…But Amazon says return all four!
Amazon says return all four LED ceiling panels although already installed. The cost to remove is more than the refund. That is a pointless choice and indicates Amazon’s business model is poor. Only one needed to be replaced.

So it was time to update the drop ceiling lights, and when I saw these 2×2 LED panel lights meant for drop ceilings which have tiles that are 2×4 or 2×2 like ours, I have to say that the old ones were yellowing and used the old T12 fluorescent bulbs. Not to mention the old and now brittle diffusing plastic covers that are impossible to stay intact after 30 years of use. So out with all that old stuff and in with these new 2×2 LED panels! So why am I so excited with these?-They make it seem as if I modernized the room somehow. For those who couldn’t put their finger on what had changed, I pointed to the new 2×2 light panels in the ceiling and they said WOW it blends in so nicely and they are so clean and smooth and evenly bright compared to the old ones that had sagging plastic diffusers.-They are VERY light! This is a plus. I was really impressed at how light they are, yet they are still built to the standards I would want in my own home. Not to mention they are CSA approved and ETL, and all the proper markings homeowner’s insurance would require (and that I would want) are all there right on the back of the panels.-They are adjustable to warm white!! This made the biggest difference. Fluorescent lighting just reminds me of a cold white room, or like a commercial space. You cannot get cozy in a room lit by fluorescent lights, because they mainly give off cool white. Well, these panels can be set to a pretty warm white which almost gives the cozy feel of an incandescently lit room in your home. I set all of them to the warmest setting.-Ease of installation. Well, this is simple enough. If you are buying these to replace old ones, your wiring is already complete, you just need to properly connect into the built-in junction box which these panels have, set the panel in place, and you are done! it was very quick and easy to do. For new construction it would be easier to install than the traditional ones with heavy ballasts and fluorescent tube bulbs.-they come packaged really well and in the smallest possible box that can properly protect 4 panels (they come in cases of 4 as far as I know). So if you are doing an industrial or commercial refit, you can fit a ton of these into a work van compared to the older style ones that are larger and more complex.-Finally, they are thin! So you can build a drop ceiling in your basement for example and you can probably get an extra 2 – 3 inches of headroom because these panels aren’t much taller than a ceiling tile! they barely stick up above the track supports.Thats all I have to say for now. I am happy!

Ordered these LEDs from seller, had electrician install all 4. 3 work, one is defective. The ones that work are nice. Reached out to amazon customer service about the defective one, they wanted a return (not going to pay electrician to remove all the lights just to return due to one bad one). They then tell me to contact seller directly. Contact seller has option for defective/damaged product, which automatically redirects to the amazon help desk that sent me to the seller in the first place. Very frustrating, just send me a working light.
