Designed with a reversible DC motor, it delivers powerful yet energy-efficient airflow while maintaining quiet operation. The integrated LED light kit provides bright, customizable illumination, and the included remote control—plus optional smart app connectivity—offers convenient, hands-free operation. Finished in a sleek brushed nickel, this ceiling fan enhances contemporary, transitional, or industrial interiors with its refined metallic sheen and clean lines.
Key Features
- Reversible DC Motor: Equipped with a reversible DC motor that allows you to easily switch airflow direction using either the included remote or compatible smart app. This feature improves comfort throughout the year—counterclockwise rotation creates a cooling breeze in summer, while clockwise mode helps circulate warm air trapped near the ceiling during winter.
- 3-Color Temperature (3CCT): The built-in LED light supports three color temperature settings—warm white, neutral, and cool white—giving you full control over ambiance. Whether you’re relaxing with dim lighting at night or need bright, clear light for reading or working, this flexibility ensures optimal mood and visibility.
- Multiple Size Options: While this listing focuses on the 42-inch model, the fan is also available in other sizes to suit different room dimensions. Proper blade span selection ensures efficient air movement without overwhelming smaller spaces or underperforming in larger areas.
- Smart Control Compatibility: Operate the fan remotely via the included IR remote or through a compatible smart home system using voice commands (with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.) and scheduling features. This enables automated control based on your daily routine, even when you’re away from home.
- Integrated LED Light Kit: A fully enclosed LED module comes pre-installed, offering long-lasting brightness while consuming minimal energy. No additional bulbs are needed, reducing maintenance and replacement costs over time.

Benefits & Use Cases
Designed for both style and substance, this ceiling fan is perfect for homeowners and renters looking to upgrade their indoor environment with a single, multifunctional fixture. The reversible DC motor ensures consistent climate control across seasons: in warmer months, it pushes refreshing air downward; in colder months, it reverses direction to gently push stagnant warm air near the ceiling back into circulation—improving HVAC efficiency without increasing heating costs.
The 3CCT LED lighting system adds another layer of versatility. Want soft, cozy lighting for movie nights? Switch to warm white. Need crisp, daylight-like illumination for tasks or homework? Choose cool white. And for everyday balance, neutral white offers reliable brightness without harsh contrast. All adjustments can be made instantly via the intuitive remote or smart app interface.
Installation flexibility makes this fan suitable for various ceiling types, including sloped ceilings (with downrod included). Its brushed nickel finish resists tarnishing and complements modern décor schemes featuring metals, glass, and neutral tones. Whether mounted in a master bedroom, guest room, home office, or open-concept living area, this ceiling fan delivers performance, elegance, and convenience in one package.
Important Notes
- The complete package includes: ceiling fan motor unit, three-blade set, LED light kit, remote control, installation hardware (downrod, mounting bracket, screws), and user manual.
- For smart app and voice control features, a compatible Wi-Fi hub (such as those from Lutron, Philips Hue, or similar brands) is required but not included.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure safety, proper wiring, and optimal performance—especially if integrating with existing smart home systems.
- Verify ceiling height and structural support before purchase. Minimum 9-foot ceiling height is advised for safe airflow distribution; use of an extension downrod may be necessary for lower ceilings.
- Not rated for damp or wet locations unless specifically listed as such. For outdoor or high-humidity environments, consult manufacturer guidelines or select a damp-rated model.

Very nice ceiling fan with compact lighting, excellent control features
I replaced a ceiling fan with light fixture from the ’80s, in my bedroom. The old one worked fine, but I never used the fan, since it wasn’t remote controlled. I only had need to use the fan while in bed, it was too much trouble to get up to pull the chain, and I’d have to get up again to shut it off. I had switched to smart bulbs some years back, and very much liked have remote light control. This fan fulfills both needs.⢠Installation: The instructions are good, this fan is not difficult to install, and plenty of screws are included, including extras. It comes with a 12″ down-rod, and 4″. I have an 8 ft ceiling, so I opted for the shorter one. The shorter option is always more difficult to install with any ceiling fan, because there is less room to work with in the final installation to the ceiling. But that part wasn’t difficult, and didn’t take long to complete that step. Overall, it took substantial time because I also had to disassembled and remove the old fan.For the old fan, I used its option to attach flush to the ceiling, but the lighting hung well below the fan. So with the 4″ rod, this fan’s lighting was not nearly as low as the old oneâa good thing. The only extra I needed was a bracket adapter, since screw spacing for the fan bracket was wider than the ceiling box. Fortunately, I’d run into this issue before when I replaced another bedroom fan, several months ago, and the adapter bracket came in a pack of two. (The adapter is just a circular metal plate with a number of slots and holes, so one set of holes can mount the adapter to the ceiling, then the fan bracket to the adapter.)⢠Lighting: My old fan’s lighting was originally for three 40 watt bulbs, but I replaced them with 60-watt-equivalent LED bulbs, so the room lighting was quite bright. I would immediately dim it when getting into bed to relax and maybe read before going to sleep. So I admit that my previous lighting was exceptionally bright when on full, maybe too bright for some, but it made it easy to find things. This fan’s lighting is not nearly as bright at full power, but suitable for my small bedroom. But don’t count on it as the sole lighting for a large room. I don’t find a lumens specification. The light has a set of low color temperature LEDs (warm, yellowish) and high color temperature LEDs (cold, icy white). Each are dimmable, to get a color that is in between, more natural. On the app, there are buttons for W, Y, and N, for white, yellow, and natural (both). The most pleasing, to me, is when both are on full (natural). That also gives the brightest total lighting, so that works out fine.⢠Control: The fan comes with three ways to control the fan and light. The appâI used it on iPhone. There is no need to create or sign into an account, and pairing was easy. You need to create a device in the app, power on the ceiling fan, and press a pairing button in the app within five seconds. That’s it.The remote control. It works great, requires two AAA batteries, and includes a mountable holder. The top section is for the fan, the lower section for the light. To turn the light on when it’s dark is, you’ll have to get used to where the buttons are. It would be easier for me if that top right button was for the light and not the fan. Also, it would be nice to have a that goes to a minimum, nighttime setting, instead of having to hold down the dimmer button until it’s dim enough. The app has such a button. Finally, there is a very nice wall-mount controller. It requires two AAA batteries, and has a power button, and dimming for light and for fan speed. It requires a recess, such as a regular light-switch box. For instance, if there is an existing wall switch, the proper use would be to take out the switch (after disabling power at the breaker panel), tie the wires together so the fan is always powered, and replace the switch with the controller and its bracket. For me, that was a no-go, as the controller unit was slightly larger than the interior of my switch box. By only very small amount, a thick business card. But this is an old Bakelite box from the ’50s, I alway have to replace them when installing anything modern, as they are short on room inside. However, this was not a loss for me. I don’t need to control light level and fan from the wall. It’s actually more convenient to have a regular on-off switch that I can feel as I enter the dark room, and I only need more features when I’m in bed. So I put my old all switch back. That’s OK, I expected to do that anyway, and was mainly trying out the wall controller. Also, since it runs on batteries and has no connection to wall wiring, it can still be used as an extra controller.I went with the faux wood side of the blades. For a bedroom, it just seemed more natural than silver. The woodgrain has a white-washed look, so it’s pretty subtle and looks good. The silver side might be more appropriate for some rooms. In all, the fan has a good set of features to cover different needs, I give it five stars. The fan is pretty quiet too, and the top speed move a lot of air if you need itâsix levels.

Wall, remote, or app
This fan has quite a few features. The fan itself is a five-blade fan with 3 1/2ft diameter – allowing a good amount of airflow while being quiet and also not taking over your entire ceiling. I like that it comes with a longer and shorter hanging rod, so you can use what works best with your room. I also like the flat bottom – no glass bulb covers that invariably end up getting knocked off or falling or such (plus it doesn’t protrude as much into the room). The whole thing is quite light as well, since there’s no heavy glass pieces (but it still looks quite classy). The fit and finish look good for the most part. The metal pieces have a nice brushed appearance. The blades appear to be made of a thin plywood and are painted on one side and have a veneer on the other. The edge of the blades is my only complaint – they’re a bit rough (as you can see in the pictures) and look like painted unsmoothed wood in places. Once mounted however it’s difficult to see, so this will be fine. You can connect it with an app or just control it with the included remote and wall switch. The wall switch seems to be a bit on the flimsy side (I’d probably rate it by itself as 4/5 because of it). It does have a lot of controls though – for light on/off and intensity as well as fan on/off and intensity. I haven’t used the app so I can’t say how well that works. The switches and remote work well. Note that the wall one isn’t actually a switch – it’s a wireless switch (requiring batteries) even though it’s on the wall. This is because the fan always needs power so it can respond if you use the app/remote instead of the wall switch (otherwise the wall switch would have to be on first before the app/remote would work, and there would be a delay while it turns on and connects). If you currently have your fan controlled by a wall switch you’ll want to remove that and connect the wires together (so there’s no switch and it’s always “on”). Then install the fan as normal and use the wireless wall switch in place of your old one (it should fit in most normal-depth boxes in the same place).Remember to turn off the power before tinkering with any of this and follow the diagrams for the setup carefully – you don’t want to connect the wires wrong and short things out.All in all it’s a nice fan, nice and quiet, a nice even light, and lots of control options. I definitely like it.
