Different Wiring
Nice looking fan and very quiet. The video for installation was easy to follow UNTIL I got to connecting the fan wiring to the housing wires. My house has different colors (white, black, and red) so was guessing what do do with one wire because either was different. Finally googled some research and found that if your house has both these red and black, just leave the red disconnected and cap it off. After this, it’s working perfect!

We just had this 72 inch fan installed in our outdoor balcony roof’s ceiling. It ticks all the boxes for us. It’s a WAY better deal than anything you’ll find at Home Depot, bang for buck. It’s like half the price of something comparable in a retail store.For anyone wondering how you change the color of the LED light, just turn the light off and on rapidly with the remote. Doing so quickly cycles the colors until you find what you want.

I was looking to update the fan/light in our bedroom.This one had a very attractive, modern, slightly industrial look that fit well with a wide range of styles, making it perfect for our bedroom. It is much sleeker and more attractive than the one it replaced.The installation went surprisingly well, but it was time-consuming (2hrs+). The instructions were sometimes a little unclear, even for someone experienced in renovations and electrical work like myself. One thing I did differently from the instructions on the video was using wire nuts instead of the terminal block connections on the fan mount.A tip: the instructions show a mounting bracket, but it’s not immediately obvious where it is in the box. I initially thought they had forgotten to include it, but it was attached to one of the covers. You have to remove the bracket from the cover; it’s not just sitting there by itself.Materials: The materials are excellent, with nice zinc or aluminum cast connections, nicely finished fan blades, and a nice overall satiny finish.Functionality: The fan has multiple options for light temperature, dimming, and fan controls, which are excellent with a huge range of options. You can use the remote or the app for control. The “FanLamp Pro” app setup is easy. Here are the app pairing instructions:1. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth.2. Turn off the lamp/fan for 10 seconds using the physical switch on the wall (not the remote).3. Power on the lamp/fan using the wall switch.4. Tap the pair button in the app within 5 seconds. The lamp will flash to indicate successful pairing.There are a couple of options in the app that I still need to figure out, but the amount of control over a simple ceiling fan is amazing, and it runs quietly.To set up the remote, follow these steps:1. Turn off the lamp/fan using the wall switch for a few seconds.2. Turn the lamp/fan back on using the wall switch.3. Press the “Set up” button with the Bluetooth symbol.4. The light will flash to indicate successful pairing.Value: This is a no-brainer for meâit offers tons of value, is well worth the money, is extremely functional, and is attractive.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This is a classy looking ceiling fan with a simple dome light controlled via remote. I’m upgrading a ceiling fan that I’ve had for 26 years and still works great, but has old-school incandescent bulbs and is controlled by two dangling chains. I’ve often thought about replacing it with a more modern fan that uses LED lights and can be controlled via a remote, so I welcomed the opportunity to give this fan a try. My old fan was white with faux wood-grain on the fan blades, had 3 speeds, and the light bulbs extended downwards quite a bit. This fan is black with reversible blade sides to pick either wood-grain or plain black, has 6 speeds, and it also has two arm lengths (dropping down from the ceiling) to pick from. I like the versatility of these customization options to suit individual preferences.The black frame makes it stand out against the typical white ceiling colour, making sure you notice the fan and can make sure to stay away from the spinning blades. The fan’s 46″ blade span is very respectable, moving lots of air at a low speed and I like how everything can be controlled via the remote control. I no longer have to reach for the dangling chains. Overall I’m very satisfied with this ceiling fan and its features and think it is a respectable upgrade from my old one. I just hope it has the ability to last as long as the one it is replacing.

We got this fan to replace the one in the living room at the cottage as part of a large renovation we are doing there. The cottage ceilings are on the lower side so we really wanted a fan that would not hang as low as the existing one but that would also give us the updated look we are striving for, and this fan fit the bill extremely well.I love that the blades are reversible; we chose the black side down for the initial install but I love that I could easily change them if I change the furniture or change the decor or simply change my mind. Haha.This fan and light are sturdy and solid; you certainly get the feel of good quality when you examine the parts and put it together. We have no issue with the quality of the product at all.I love the nightlight feature and love the intuitive nature of the remote that makes it so easy to use and to change from one function to another. I love the way the fan and light look in the room. I love the options for light colour and the timer feature too. I love the quietness of the fan, as it is not intrusive at all even when on its highest speeds. I love the profile as mentioned above because it makes the low ceilinged room feel more spacious.The only thing we didn’t love was that the installation could have been a little smoother. I am 100% clear on exactly what the issue was but the installer said that there was a slight problem with the fitting that he had to Macguyver a little bit. Other than that, everything was great.Overall, I would give this 4.5 stars but there is no 4.5 so I have rated it a 4. I will take some photos of the installed fixture the next time I am out at the cottage and upload them to add to this review because the fixture really looks fantastic!

This is a great fan we installed in my kids bedroom,Itâs large enough that it moves air through the entire room quite easily, but not too large that it feels like itâs taking up the entire space of the room.It came with a remote to control it, and also has the ability to do app control from a phone, Though the app control requires you reconnect to the phone every time you want to use it as it doesnât have a central management system like Alexa or Google.Installation is pretty easy, connect the included mounting bracket to your junction box on the ceiling, hang the light structure after you assemble it and connect your homes electrical then mount that to the bracket you just installed and youâre done it will probably take about a half hour 40 minutes with someone assisting to get this install installed properly.All in, pretty decent Fan light combination.
